Dear Gurudeva, esperando que se encuentre mejor de salud, aque le envío estas lineas para poder reportarme, lamento mucho que no lo haya hecho antes, bueno sigo manteniendo mi servicio de pujari en el Templo y Prabhu Raghu me autorizó dar las clases algunos domingos, para apoyarlo, ahora él se encuentra solo empujando los programas del templo y restaurant, es muy buen ejemplo para los devotos. Estuvo aqui hace casi un mes Prabhu Radha Raman, discipulo de SS Jayapataka Swami, devoto argentino que vive muchos años en Mayapur, un nectar de devoto pude conversar con él, muy buen astrólogo me recomendo usar algunas prendas y peidras que me pueden ayudar a controlar las energías para que me ayude a mejorar como devoto. La familia esta muy bien, los niños estan creciendo debemos ser un ejemlo para que ellos se vuelvan devotos, es una gran responsabilidad, por favor sus bendiciones. Iniciaremos como tutores el curso de BS  ya estamos retomando con Prabhu LAD el BVB. Dear Gurudeva queremos mejorar nuestro servicio hacia UD, y con cada cosa que hacemos trato de ver la majera de como glorificarlo. Dera Gurudeva quisera pedirle perdon por las ofensas cometidas contra UD, disculpas por tener esta mente, por cargar conmigo. Le pido al Señor Nrishimha que seimpre lo proteja y que mejore su salud. Dear Gurdeva por favor disculpe. Ahora estamos en Lima, por trabajo, no pude estar en la fiesta de Srimati Radhe pero siempre pensando el ella pidiendole que me ayude a servir a Sri Krishna. Dear Gurudeva, muchas gracias por su tiempo, le escribire más seguido con buenas noticias de este pobre tonto que no sabe como complacerlo, Dear Gurudeva muchas gracias por su grandiosa misericordia y seguiré siempre sus instrucciones, mejorándola. QUE LA MISERICORDIA DE SRI KRISHNA SIEMPRE SE DERRAME SOBRE UD.

Por favor acepte mis reverencias, nuevamente su sirviente Bhakta Erick de México DF, hace algunos meses le escribí solicitándole refugio bajo sus pies de loto, y usted misericordiosamente me acepto, todo este tiempo he pensado en el gran compromiso que esto significa y me estoy esforzando por mejorar mi sadhana, asisto regularmente al templo mínimo 3 días a la semana, mantenemos 4 principios, 16 rondas quizá no buenas pero 16 ronda y todos los domingos en ASA Kids, Por gracia de Krishna estuve un tiempo sin trabajo y tuve la oportunidad de hacer varios servicios en el templo.  Ahora no tengo un servicio fijo pero estoy tratando de acoplarme a alguno.

Me alegra mucho su próxima visita esperamos verlo en octubre.

Some devotees and myself have the intention to start an art project: to illustrate the Mahabharata (comic style) We know, this is gonna take time, organization, determination, etc but: a) we have to do something useful with our time left anyway b) we are doing it for fun c) we want to occupy our skills in a service that may please Guru and Gauranga and (maybe/hopefully) reach the congregation for their pleasure as well.

Question: Do you have any edited text, maybe a drama script or something we could use as a text? will help us a lot.

(paoho)  Friday - 27th, 5.53PM.   We just finished the Yahoo mail and now we have to go to NGD ashrama for internet meeting with our BhVai partner, Upendra Das. Canto Four, Maharaja Prthu's Horse Sacrifice.

We just could not get to the Blog mail for three days now!  We have letters from 1 week 6 days ago.

We doing a lot of work for this Nashville Rathayatra. Happens once a year. Think we will catch up on the mail. We looked for any letters with 'URGENT' in the Subject field and didn't see any. Feet still rather swollen. Maybe is sympathy for Laksmana agraja Das.

10.30AM:    We pushed and pushed and  p u s h e d   yesterday but could not get to our Letters or DTC here.     So, we're catching up now.

1) We did a Japa-Flyer for the Japa Booth.  That will be at the Celebrate Nashville Festival (5th October). We've posted it at:  www.jayarama.us/archives/japa-flyer-c.docx

The 18-bead Japa malas came from Astasakhi DD and the devotees in Mexico. They are great.    Now we have to make up a little Booklet on Japa to go in the packet with the beads and small pack of incense and a mini-DVD!

JAPA - KIT!!!

2) We are getting our work pace down to a sane level. We thought that we were just cheaters and that we just had to punish our body and mind and work harder. From the last Kapi-dhvaja we can see that this is not a fact. We are trying to do toO much. We have to reduce our work, adjust our work, change pace of work. This of course means adjusting our relationships with the people we are working with.

In the last KDh we have a nice analysis of that.

O.K.   [Om Kesavaya-namah]   -     We burned a DVD of M. Jambavati DD's  Sankirtan stories and now we have to investigate sending it by DHL to Mexico. Also we will go to the Party Store to look for bags and the banner place to see about making a banner for the Japa Booth.

3) We have to do our accounting for ASA, especially the accounts for ASA/NIOS for the past few months. On Friday we will give all this to Sriman Abhaya Naranyan who is doing the bookkeepping for NIOS .

Enough work for one day, no?

We have 21 rounds done. Nice Bhakti-vaibhava study. Great Japa Joe workshop this morning. Robust breakfast. A nap.

6.09PM - End of the day. Now we go to NGD house, ashrama. Then we go for a 45 minute walk.

Busy day, busy weekend. Letters to Rama-giridhari Das and Prana Das of Goloka Education. Letter to Dr. Bandopadhyay. Phone talk with Hari lila Das in Texas.

Our feet are less swollen.

Our eyes are not so bad.

We are adjusting how much and what kind of work we do as per the last Kapi Dhvaja.

         We looked and looked and looked (and LOOKED AND lOllOked) for the best tickets to South America and today we bought a ticket from Orbitz.com

25 December, Nashville to Miami (7-hours intransit in Miami airport). Then arrive Lima like 10PM.

29 January, Lima to Miami to Nashville.

$900.

Now we can look for Lan tickets from Lima to BsAs to Santiago to Lima. We have miles to use.   ...   Everyday we work on Bhakti Vaibhava studies and administration.

           Tonight we will start reading KRSNA book with Lokanatha Das from the very beginning!    Join us.

           Tommorrow we will turn to the Flyers for the Japa Booth for the Celebrate Nashville festival on the 5th. Later we will develop that into a small booklet that will go into a Japa Kit that will also include the 18-bead Malas coming from Asta sakhi DD and the devotees in Mexico.
