HK TGASP PAMHO

Gurudeva gracias  Krsna estoy contenta viviendo en templo de wilson donde hay muchos iviendo gracias a la presencia del Sr. JBS. Estoy siempre asistiendo a Gaura Nitay de Wilson un día a la semana en mangala y distribuyendo libros, este mes empezmos a estudiar para el examen de titulación, es un objetivo este año, entre otros.

Sin embargo quería compartir estos pasatiempos de sankirtana:

Una vez distribuyendo libros en buses un Sr. tomo los libros y se quedó contemplando la foto de Srila P´pada, cuando me acerque me contó que lo había conocido en india, que hablo horas con él, que sabía el idioma y hablo en hindi, “¡Era muy sabio!” decía, me contó que tenía fotos con él, y como desafiante me pregunto qué sabes tú de este conocimiento, le dije que estudiaba y enseñaba los libros, y agregue que había que practicarlo. Le invité al templo, me dejo su tarjeta vendía antigüedades. Me quedé pensando tal vez fue antes devotos, se vehía que sentí algo de nostalgia, quede en llamarlo e invitarlo al programa, lo llamare en la fiesta del Sr. Nrsimha.

En otra oportunidad me encontré en el bus con un Sr. que todo el rato hablo con su amigo mientras daba el mantra, al final le ofrecí los libros los tomo y manifestó que le hiciera cualquier pregunta que él podría responderla que sabía mucho, al final aceptando el reto le pregunte cuál es el propósito de la vida y el respondió ser feliz y tener paz, por supuesto que no le dije que era correcto, pero que si era una buena respuesta, que debía investigar más, era un jñani, y como él hay muchos a con los que nos estamos encontrando todo el mundo necesita de estos libros ojala pueda siempre entregarlos y enseñarlos, lo lindo de enseñar es que uno aprende, tiene buena asociación y hace amistad de por vida. Gracias Gaurangi, Kirtida, Tania, Rukmini, Gandha, Nikunja Bihari y Lucchiano, etc. por su asociación.

Estoy convencida que cualquier devoto por tan sólo estudiar los libros hará su servicio mejor, incrementara sus deseos de predicar y no dejara de amar más y más a Srila P´pada, y a Gurudeva por este regalo invaluable.

Ahora cada día según el calendario leemos la vida de los devotos del Sr. y estamos más entusiastas, estamos más contentos. Pedimos sus bendiciones para vencer a maya, sus pruebas para poder mantenernos puros y seguir sus instrucciones.

*Levantando temprano (entre 3 y 7 am), fallando uno o dos días a la semana, y cantando el mayor número de rondas posible en ese horario (entre 10 y 16). Finalmente cantando 16 rondas diarias, y sólo debiendo un 10%.

*Gayatri Mantra aún tengo problemas con seguir estrictamente los horarios.

*Estudiando BVB.

*Cultivando Tulasi.

*No atendemos deidades aún.

-El principio de NO SEXO ILÍCITO dentro del matrimonio ha dado mucho que pensar, y mucho esfuerzo para evitarlo, ya que al parecer la BRUJA se vuelve más poderosa. Sinceramente, ANTES ERA MÁS FÁCIL!. Pero Su instrucción ha dado resultado, ya que estamos más regulados que antes.

1-Grhastha Brahmacari ES POSIBLE?

Otros son basado en estimulation artificial. Relaciones para hijos para Krsna. Comer para servir a Radha-Krsna!

2-Existe un nivel intermedio o cercano, a la vida sexual sólo para tener hijos?. O quizá, un nivel que se pueda considerar, aceptable?

ASA - Claro, el estandard es Devaki y Vasudeva, pero hay estandard de Devahuti y Kardama. Despues hay mucho variedad. Basicamente estandard de Srila Prabhupda, ISKCON, es en el primero texto de NOI. Otros somos afuera de refugio de un disciplulo iniciado. No es seguro. Dejando su cuerpo en esta concienia es posible va a nacer como Indra con gran bigote y su esposo como Saccidevi (esposa de Indra) con una figura encantanta. Ooof! Y no resolvando la problema como Indra entonces ... . . .  Whoof!    Whoooof!    Whoooooooo...

Su instrucción es muy clara, por muchos años nunca me cuestioné éste tema, y la vida sexual dentro del matrimonio SIN MUCHA regulación, parecía algo normal dentro de ISKCON, pero, no es así. Ahora lo entiendo mejor.

Disculpe, pero yo pensé "ingenuamente" que no estaba tan mal, pero Usted me ha abierto los ojos.

I really like how you are growing roses. When my daughter is older I will teach her to plant flowers as an activity. It's very nice.

    HpS - ASA --- AGTSP. paoho. Yes, it is the greatest "Biology" course. One lady Biologist said that one of her professors, big guy, said that Biology is the Science of Life, but the irony is that nobody kills more life than Biologists.

Recently I came across a blog advocating ethical practices towards animals. Basically this person lists brands of cosmetics and beauty products that are cruelty free. It's more of a beauty blog which is one of my interests- I am a girl after all. Anyways my question is should we as devotees be as vigilent in purchasing and using cruelty free products as non-devotees are?

               HpS - It will come naturally. We see animals as people with emotions, aspirations, devotees. So naturally when we see a chance to reduce their pain we take it up. The difference is that we see it in proper proportion, relieve bodily distress so that one can make spiritual advancement.

It's a similar topic as the cow milk I asked about in the past but I need some more clarification. In many of the lectures you have given, you mention how there are some bizarre details that we can't avoid about living in kali yuga. But if you can say something about this issue please do!!

            HpS - That's all we can comment. There are so many techinical details to be figured out about how to be in the mode of goodness for Krsna. What's possible in Kali-yuga and what is for our false ego, "I am Vegan, I am better more good than them"? I think that you can make pretty intuitive decisions about how much to pursue the different adjustments. One Ayurvedic doctor told me he tells his female clients, "There is no better beauty aid than keep good posture!"

On another note, our family will be making a trip to seattle in August to attend my brother-in-law's wedding. The event is on the 19th. I saw in your calendar that you will be in the area around that time. Will you have dates confirmed soon? We really want to see you this year and don't want to miss the opportunity. 

            HpS - ASA - The Calendar dates linked from the Kapi Dhvaja are correct. Just add Denver en-route to Boise, and Janmastami and Prabhupada in Vancouver. Next day in Bellingham, then Seattle until Friday. Friday in Portland then Saturday off to San Francisco. We will ber very happy to see you all!!

Other than that we are settled in Calgary. My husband got a job at the bank and our daughter Audharya is healthy and teething. My parents are happy to be with their grandaughter. I think she likes them too! 

I wanted to know if we could try out the japa joe program. I'm kind of scared because firstly I don't know how it works and secondly it seems like it's a skype-type thing which is the scary part. 

    ASA - Japa Joe is simple. You go to StartMeeting.com. Then you push the Load Button or whatever it is and it sets up a few simple files on you computer. Then you go to the specific Meeting: 992 055 489. A little control panel will come up and you click on the Green Telephone and mute your microphone and you can hear me or someone else chanting. We share fotos sometimes and have a little Chatting.

Is nice. 

Basically is chance to chant with some association.

I wish that you are very well, Its been long time since I comunicate by tecnology with you.We folow you via twitter and reading constantly the blog with our smart tel nokia 520 but is not posible to wrigth from it ,its not posiblem sing in my acount, any way...Here we are in Sierra de los Padres, we arrived from Chile on the 10 april after a extatic sankirtan travel with Abhimanyu das, Adi Yajña das and others. We distributed moreoless 5000 SP tracendental books, we done several very nice preaching programs, Nityananda Trayodasy fesival in a hotel in Pichilemu was vry nice, lots of new bhaktas aproaching to SP lotus feet,In the city of Talca we been at the radio preaching and we did some programs to. Personaly I can feel in the Cile citizens that they are much more open for K.con than Argentina,it could be my maya i dont know...

Right now we are finishing the bramacaris ashram at the SdP, MdP. Preaching not very much, just lecturing at the loft,some sankirtana , reading and studing quait good..Is increacing..(.finishing SP lilamrta nectar..SB 3.24...NOI..Narottama vilasa....)morning programs, good japa, nirjalas ekadasi with 8 extras rounds and extra reading.Preparing a preaching program for the university ,distribution prasadam,etc to start when coming bhack from Brazil..

We already change our car for a VW van and we are programing  sankirtana in Brazil  for next month June, July..With  a group of bcrs...

My idea is hardly try to dedicate this life for SP book distribution, emancipate from temple deaty worshiping.so we are more free to travel and form a bcrs groop of sankirtan...I now I dont have cualifications for doing it but am Complete sorrending to SP lotus feet and yours instructions....How is the best way to do it.? How can we get in the way to travel and preach with out  limit .?

              HpS - ASA - AGTSP paoho. Such a great honor to hear from you. All of your news is very, very nice. Traveling Sankirtana also seems nice. It is more of a tendency for B'caris, while Grhastha preaches more from his community. Main thing is just to understand what Krsna thinks is best service for you. Look at Preface to NOI and it says that as soon as we are in the mode of goodness then everything else will be revealed. BG 10,10-11 says same. So, trust your inspiration, intelligence. Confirm them with BBT books, ISKCON devotees and you should be a super efficient soldier.

Of course, you can consider taking Sannyasa by 45-years or so. Krsna has wonderful plans, no? So certainly He will engage you in His fun. Please send us your advice and news.

Maharaj, we are going to start Bhakti Sastri soon due to the mercy of Shri Hari Prabhu taking on this amazing service. What do you think of Bhakti Sastri, even though it is through the forum of Startmeeting, being a class that is open for others to join as guests at the new Portland temple? I wanted to introduce this idea to the temple presidentJai Sacinandana Prabhu.  It would be in a classroom at the temple, and those that  want to join can be asked to bring their laptop and given the code to login as a guest. Formal students could always attend, but I thought that if others want to hear a nice Friday class at the new temple, they can also attend. Shri Hari said he is okay with the class being open to anyone in Portland, but I would also have to propose the open forum idea to him to get his approval.

Also, Maharaj, I need to admit to what might be a very unfortunate action I took last January. Nick and I jointly filed for divorce and it was granted a few months ago. I was in a bunch of maya, krodha, mixed emotional state that I know was due to wanting some kind of shelter. I hope to find this shelter by just being a devotee for Guru, Prabhupada, Krsna, my son, and the devotees. Despite, I will still follow your instruction to serve my child and Nick Prabhu best I can. I ask for your forgiveness though for acting so rashly (I can do this, my astrology says it is in my nature but now that I know I will genuinely Work on this raja guna business. :( ).

               HpS - ASA -Brother Ass --- AGTSP  paoho. Actually our health, energy, bodily funcion is under GREAT pressure for the Spring. We are having allergic reaction in our nose, throat, lungs, even our skin in itching! So we prayed to God and only had orange juice today and rested and we survived and got some work done! Any stress on the system for digesting Pizza or pasta or even potatoes and the fire, pitta drops then the external fire, pollen from the trees makes the skin, lungs eyes BURN! You probably have similar challenges. Its fun, like playing a competition game with Maya. Of course, in the end our body will burn up, just like any candle, but then we will get another. As long as we can deal with each situation as arrangement of the Gopis to help in Krsna it is fine, new, fresh.

Gurudeva this year JBS from Miraflores are in wilson quite a pastime jeje.

So the Celebration for Nrismha Caturdasi will be in wilson many many devotees are working in order to develop a nice program for the satisfaction of The Lord and devotees for instance Rohini kumar das is organizing more than 6 hours of KIRTAN, we will have abhishek , maha, drama uff many things but nothing will be possible without iur blessings please kindly send us your blessings so the whole program will be a success ¡¡¡¡

        HpS - Because we are alone in ou Office, Cave, we need Lord Nrsmhadevas love so much more, or we get very lonely and depressed. I don't know how He became our friend. So many deities we have had but He has been the first and a friend through so many problems.
