Has been a pretty good Ekadasi. We are developing many nice habits. We maybe took a little bit too much banana prasadam a little bit to early. Letters answered to three days ago.

Espero que se encuentre bien (animado) cuando reciba este mensaje. Tambien espero que su cumpleaños (Vyasapuja) sea placentero.

El informe personal resumido de sadhana, etc de este año puede ser:

- Estable (16 rondas,4 principios, 3 gayatris, etc). Por supuesto que todo debe mejorar en calidad. Aún no estamos en el nivel de "devoto", pero las esperanzas continúan. Hace mas de 30 años que conocí la Conciencia de Krisna y, desde entonces, el deseo por ser devoto algún dia permanece fuerte. En este tiempo (estos treinta años) han habido muchos cambios en mis habitos, vida familiar, etc. Poco a poco la Conciencia de Krisna se está estableciendo como algo natural y no forzado. Seguimos luchando para cambiar o enfocar de forma diferente algunos aspectos de mi caracter y condicionamiento y los cambios suceden (lentamente). Pienso que la dirección es buena aunque los resultados no se perciban de forma súbita. Disfruto en la Conciencia de Krisna con mi familia y asociandome con otros devotos con los que comparto la forma de entender el proceso y, pienso, estamos aumentando la relacion con las Deidades familiares.

Gracias Gurudev por su misericordia, paciencia y tolerancia para con nosotros. Lo recuerdo todos los dias con gran afecto, aprecio y admiración y siempre medito en entender la esencia de sus instrucciones y en la forma de llevarlas a la práctica.  Este año celebraremos su Vyasapuja el dia 23-12 en compañia de algunos hermanos espirituales.

Aprovecho esta ocasión para pedir perdón por las ofensas cometidas y las que pueda cometer (de forma inconsciente) en el futuro.

This one is to kindly ask you to sent me the ppt of Carl Yung to translate it into spanish for our program in La Cantuta University in Chosica. In a couple of days, I'll have a meeting with dean of Humanities to set our program for february 6th in the morning. We worked with him before, he's is a nice person and we already have a reputation at the University, so no problem to set the program along with Imagen Institutional with Haribhuddi prabhu and professor Durant.

I'm also asking for permission to translate into spanish your ppt of Filosophy of Education. This one is going to be used in Bolivia, actually both ppt's. I don't know if the people in Chile are translating these. So, if they want, they can use my translations. They just have to ask.

Gurudeva due to we are going to have a Guru tattva program with you in wilson (Gurupuja for Guruparampara.. Glorification of Guruparampara).

This 23rd your disciples from lima are going to have a nice reunion with mahaprasadam, lots of Krsna katha, Guru uvaca, Sadhusanga etc... on RED HOUSE ¡¡ it will be at 5:30 pm. We have seen that many places have requested some time for darshan ...SO  we also humbly ask for some mercy, I read that for next KD you will fix the schedule ¡¡ SO please give some time for Pay roo ¡¡

HpS - ASA - AGTSP Paoho. I think we will start at 6.30PM Nashville time (7.30PM Lima Time) with English. Then 7PM Spanish, then 7.30PM Chaos. 8.00PM all good Monkeys and Piggys off to their roosts.

Start Meeting accomodates 50 people on line, so it should be O.K.  For call in by telephone about 1,000 can join.

Here we are on our desk by the window. We sit on top of the desk and our feet don't swell up. People think we are weird. You have your problems, we have ours. People think we are weird. People tell us that, "You know Hanumat Swami, at first I couldn't relate to you. I thought you were weird, but now I begin to see that you're weird, but it's kind of normal. Some people are weird, but they have a solid reason for it".

It's 4.36PM. The Sun just set behind the Shell Oil gas station and the cars are rushing and shushing on their way to get home. We feel bad. You probably feel bad too. Headache, tooth-ache, back-ache, stomach ache, low energy leading to depressive thoughts (eg. You are a loser. You have done nothing for anybody. You have nothing to show for your life!).

It's amazing how funny the mind can be.

Without Prabhupada, a bona-fide Guru, it's a fact that our lives would be useless. We get temporary satisfaction from watching football games with friends or going to the beach, but it is not like the intelligent understanding of what is worth getting in this current situation. We are half awake. Ooooooo!    So we don't know 100% what is the right thing to do, but we are right 1/2 (78%??) of the time, and that of course brings us to wake up more and more. Living in this material world is like driving Krsna to a party with Him in the front seat next to you in the rain. You have to be a little careful because of the rain and other drivers, but it doesn't require all your intelligence. Most of your attention is on the converstation that Krsna is having with Sridham.

Got a lot of work done, today. It was a lot of little stuff, so unless we tweet it all, it doesn't show up as much.
Eg.

• Worked on our SB PPTX for Friday.
• Scanned second 1/4 of Tpp-Cb16, and hope to post it tomorrow.
• Ironed our clothes (15 minutes daily).
• Read Shonu Shamdasini
• Researched Journey to the West in Spanish (See it on the Spanish Wikipedia. There is a Spanish version!)
• Talked with Tom and Dr. Samaresha and Aja and Sri Hari Das in India. . .

Now - 4.45PM. We will chant Gayatir sandhya and then drive over to Office Depot to see if they can give a free tune-up to our computer, go to Kroger's to buy milk and then to NGD's ashrama for walking and talking!
