Maybe we can go for a day's outing to Houston for a Director's event.

Here is a basic plot and some descriptions of various characters for the “Ramayan in a New Bottle”.

American's gods [Godhead?] come from British Adventurers,

old gods from Norse or Greek Mythology,

some Abrahamic mythology (Neil Gaiman’s work),

and new gods, [science and industrial] technology.

ASA - USA and Canada = British Adventurers. Other Americans ie. Latin Americans = Spanish Adventurers, also good audience?

I’m trying to show Ravana as made by extra-terrestrial gene splicing, now living in Dubai, as a sheikh in his golden mansion and golden flying car, owns 9 businesses.

Please let me know if you think this is alright and I’ll develop it further.

HpS - Sorry, taking so long to answer. Even now we are writing with serious headache and of course some eye strain, but happy. Very motivated by this project.

What about, no great SciFi elements, but just using modern types. Eg. Ravana can be the Director, 51% Owner, of a Global business conglomerate, From South India. Even Ceylon.

Not too many character and plot angles have to match. A word to the wise is sufficient.

It seems that with a General like Srila Prabhupada we are kicking Maya's army into pieces, even though we are very small!!!

Thank you for the continuos opportunity to get your association in live, trough Go to meeting and another media.

Very soon it is going to be Nityananda Trayodiasi.

These last days, I am being role playing, in the classroom, the pastime of Govardhana and some fighting with demons. I am sending you some pictures.

I have also writen a short story about genre [gender?] violence for a contest, since one school friend has encorouge me to do it. I included the Maha mantra. This way, I think the judges will read it. I am also sending it to you.

Still working, day after day. Life is hard and sometimes I feel tired. but thanks to devotees asociation and chanting japa, I am still in the fight, triying you to be satisfied with my minimum aportation to Srila Prabhupada mission, which is the real goal. Practicing sports also helps me. I practice triatlon adapted to my age, body and very few abbilities. Running allows me to reduce stress and anxiety after a difficult hard day in the classroom, with 17 child minds plus mine! Sometimes, I run, sometimes I swim and, less often, but sometimes as well, I ride the bike. And I do it with Nimai and Sarasvati. We all go together but Sarasvati with kids of her age. In the triathlon group, some people call me Purnamasi, since that is the name that appears in my WhatsApp and they like it.

Nimai is almost finishing his last year of school before the University. He still doesn’t know what to study, but his preferences are International Relationships and Economy. He is a good student and, most of all, a good person. Sarasvati, she is 10, very positive girl. Everybody likes her so, she is popular.

You meet all the Purnamasi type followers of Srila Prabhupada and you all laugh to see how much the same you are and that you all are trying to do something and it is not just one of you but one thousand!

Well here go some of the issues I was telling you in the former letter.

I began experiencing some problems with the mother of my child, some of them are pretty private, and the ones I can mention are:

1. She threatened me and my family, and took my kid away certain day with the police
2. She’s moving to a town a little far away from where I’m living, so I won’t be able to see her that often, and I’m really close to her so that caused me certain distress, and the accumulation of all this things caused me to get a little bit attached to tobacco, thank you and Krishna I didn’t fall so deep, I’m trying to follow your advice of at least not smoking before 6pm and I usually don’t smoke really much
3. She sometimes feeds my kid with certain egg-containing foods

Sometimes I’m feeling sleepy, and I force myself to stay awake because of the stressful situation.

I started a treatment with a counselor in order to quit smoking and seeking new ways to improve my health.

Could you please give me an advice?

HpS - No. Not really. 🙂 Nothing new. Go ahead with the tools Srila Prabhupada has given you. Be bold in chanting Hare Krsna loudly, often. All the:

Tobacco

Witches

Attachments

Etc

Will just dissolve like the fog as the Sun comes up.

Go ahead. You are on the right path. Just stick to it and lean how to progress on it better by practice.

Well beside all of that the quality of my rounds I feel have been better than ever, and also of my reading.

Prabhu Govinda Damodar referred me to a text in which Prabhupada says that in difficult times Krishna gives more mercy.

Also I’ve been feeling myself more enthusiastic.
