       YO HE SIDO MUY EGOISTA, SOLO HE PENSADO EN MI BIENESTAR......PORQUE KESAVA BHARATI PRABHU CON EL QUE LLEVO CASI UN AÑO EN ESTE PROYECTO DE KRSNA CUISINE ESTA PADECIENDO DE HEPATITIS C EN  SEGUNDO GRADO Y EL MEDICAMENTO TANTO EN EE.UU COMO EN EUROPA TIENE UNOS PRECIOS MUY ELEVADOS DIFICIL DE ASUMIR EN ESTOS MOMENTOSPOR EL PROYECTO , Y YO  LE HE INSINTIDO PARA TRAER SU MEDICACIÓN DE INDIA DONDE TIENEN PRECIOS MUY BARATOS PARA SU TRATAMIENTO Y DE ESTA FORMA CON LA AYUDA DE BHAKTI CARU SWAMI Y UN DISCIPULO MEDICO HEMOS PODIDO RESOLVER ESTA SITUACIÓN.

Hare Krsna / Hare Rama ...   Here we are in the Lima center. It is 2.21AM. We have four rounds done, R[4]. We've done a little NOI-ASA work on the NOI-VVB (NoI Vaisnava Verse Book) listing all the verses cited in NoI.

Yesterday we gave SB class in the morning. It is the SB 2.2.20 series on Kundalini yoga. This matches exactly the Kundalini - Jung symposium that we did in the National Library the last four days. We finished the Symposium with several very big scholars, psyciatrists, dance teachers. We hope the video can be edited. In our presentation last night we just presented Kundalini-yoga the way Prabhupada presents it in the SB section and then made our natural comments in terms of Jung's lectures in 1932. Commenting on our presentation Dr. Eduardo G., President of the Peruvian Freudian Society, made a few by precise comments. He first commented that Freudian psychology dictated a bottom up idea. Matter is evolving to produce the self as opposed to the Bhagavata model that the Soul and Super-soul decend to generate the body. Second he commented that he has never seen any evidence that would justify the idea that the self exists after the death of the body and thus reincarnates.

We gave him the reference for Prof. Ian Stevenson and his book, "Children Who Remember". Later we looked at the Wikipedia article on Dr. Stevenson and the authorities cited seemed to be 70% opposed and 30% in favor of the Dr's. work.

Prof. Hector Behar, former freedom fighter with Che Guevara and now with UNESCO and on the faculty of several Peruvian universities, gave a very erudite and little bit extended presentation on the general theme of the Symposium. He commented that societies need paradigms to be healthy, and more specifically the paradigm must come to a Great Father whose image, archetype, can inspire people. He commented that according to the UN report 800,000 people a year are committing suicide. This is more than all those killed in all the active wars in the world at the present moment. Society is sick. Society is suffering from great mental illness. Specifically Peru is not suffering from the presence of a sick paradigm, but rather from a void of any paradigm.

Several times the idea of another Symposium next year was discussed including bringing scholars such as Prof. Dr. Bandyopadhyay and his good wife.

This is our little ASA sumary of the event.

After SB class yesterday morning we met with Vrsabanu-nandini and Ambarisa Das, her esteemed husband, and Nandanandana and Jagat guru Das, all very professional cinematagraphers, journalists and preachers. We discussed with great alacrity the basic principles of organizing a second Latin American Congress on Education with ISKCON in Chile end of January 2016. Then we went out into the bustling, hazardous, ancient streets of central Lima and found the Claro store and after 40-minutes in lines we got a local chip for our phone and now have the number 51[Peru] 99 12 98 205.

We then met with the local Temple Council and had a very intense discussion concerning Second Initiations here in Peru. The basic goal is that ISKCON must become a premier entity in guiding Peru with its Brahmnical culture. Many administrative points concerning ISKCON Peru we clarified and the path ahead for the Yatra also more iluminated. The Evening Program with Gaura Arati and BG class for about 25-devotees with a focus on Srila Prabhupada and the necessity to live like th Gopis at three levels.

1. Good citizens of ISKCON (Goloka)
2. Associate with our personal, like-minded friends (other Gopis)
3. Have our own real, personal, living relationship with Srila Prabhupada (Murli-mano-har)

Read a little for the book Prof. Polo gave us, Discovering Spirit in Sound: Chanting by Robert Gass. Sleep at 9.45PM and up at 1.45AM.

O.K. 2.48 AM - Post this, send a copy to Dr. Samaresh and Radhika-rama Das et al and chant eight more rounds before bath, puja, arati ...

Since I last wrote, I have made arrangements so that I can at least attend mangala arti and Srimad Bhagavad class on the weekends at the temple in the association of other devotees instead of just at home alone.

You frequently talk on the importance of education in ISKCON and I recently heard a lecture that you gave about a year ago on developing materials for education, during which you mentioned that some work was being done on teaching English in ISKCON. In San Diego we have a problem in that there are many speakers of many languages other than English, but to my knowledge, we have no programs that are not in English, so many people are left with almost no way to engage with Prabhupada's movement. As I have spent the last four years learning how to teach English and will be spending my next four years learning how to teach English even better, finding someway to engage my education in the devotees service would make an almost decade long commitment actually worth something. While I have only a small amount of knowledge and experience in the field, if there was some way that I could get a ESL through Krishna Consciousness I think it could be an amazing way to open up Prabhupada's movement to a large population who is currently kept away due to a language barrier.

As far as my personal education goes, I have my ISKCON high school diploma (bhakti shastri) and now that I am working on (materially) higher education, I am feeling more and more certain that I need to work on higher spiritual education and, to that end, would like to start (finally) working on bhakti vaibhava. While I know that the Mayapur Institute has their own program, I am more inclined to study your curriculum. Is there any way that this is possible?

HpS - ASA --  AGTSP Paoho. Very nice to hear all your news. We are in Lima.   I don't know about ESL through ISKCON, but of course, there are vast resources for Spanish speaking devotees in ISKCON, and I also suspect Hindi speakers.

You can contact Srivasa Pandita Das about BhVai through ISKCON Silicon Valley. He is very nice person. San Jose Temple is the authorized West coast center, 510 789-9347 or 510 505-9105. He is very nice person. Tell him I told you to call him. The best thing would be to get a study partner or a study group and do it together.

GURUDEVA gracias por su ultima carta y todas las cosas que en ella me dijo,Gurudeva le contare que estoy cantando mis rondas no siempre en la mañana ya que hay veces que amanesco cansada y no doy ni un paso,pero si la canto todos los dias desde mi cama y cuando puedo voy al altar que esta en casa,mi salud va mejorando ya falta poco para terminar el tratamiento y luego a saber que pasa,me siento tranquila.

He entendido que todo esta en mi mente y esta solo debe tener rondas y pasatiempos asi puedo estar en paz conmigo misma.

​Mi hijo mayor se regreso a casa de mi mama no le gustaba cusco ni el templo, estoy aca en casa con el menor de mis hijos a el si le gusta nucho el templo y adora a la deidad conmigo y canta rondas.

​yo GURUDEVA a veces pienso que soy un hombre y no una mujer, pero lo digo porque tengo un caracter fuerte, a veces me asusta el ser impulsiva y explosiva pero estoy trabajando en ello.

Todos los días hago un reporte de mi salud a Prabhu Madhan Mohana, él me está ayudando mucho. Yo tengo una gran deuda con este Vaisnava.

Mi Crisis bipolar se ha reducido en un 80 a 90%,  me encuentro mucho más estable. Nuestra salud está mucho mejor.

Prabhu Madhana Mohan, Prabhu Maha Mukti y yo estamos cantando Sri Nrisimha Kavacha. A veces Jagad Guru también canta el Mantra.

Este mantra está dando resultado, ahora duermo más tranquilo en la noche y se han reducido en cantidad  e intensidad los ataques.

Madahan Mohana prabhu me sugirió  para incrementar efecto protector del Nrismha Kavacha,  usar una grabación con este mantra durante toda la noche en el lugar donde duermo.

En la ciudad del Cusco - Perú hicimos Sankirtan 2 meses y  solo en las mañanas por el pujari. También mencionamos a nuestros amigos que también fueron ocupados en Sankirtan.
