Please, accept my humble obeisances

I delayed a few days to write this report. Today we had the second meeting, Directory, and I preferred to wait to report back the results. There have been different major proposals being the following:

• It is necessary to establish a work plan for the next two years for which we ask the help of Mr. Arturo Palomino who has taught the course Projects Management  at the University of San Marcos for many years. It [He] is also expert in international cooperation projects. I have spoken of NIMSAR and agreed to cooperate with us.
• We must rethink our leadership model. NIMSAR grows slowly and we must implement  more effective management system.
• It is necessary to become skilled in pedagogy and didactics. I was trained in two universities according to the model of meaningful learning of David Ausubel, constructivist psychologist. We should take education training workshops on this model as well as in structuring of class sessions  to improve our performance in this way.We have to find ways to improve the quality of the classes taught in the temple so as the NIMSAR courses.

• Investigate on free education platforms  (e-learning and b-learning) as Moodle.This tools allow us access to a wider audience in different cities and other countries. Similarly, it allows us to structure and adapt our educational content to these models centered on learning and experience.

• We will design and edit a bilingual website, which can promote NIMSAR programs and courses and allow us to capture donations from devotees interested in contributing to the ISKCON education (you can guide us in this sense, perhaps). For donors, we publish a bi-monthly online magazine and a monthly newsletter. Donations will be used to organize trips to some cities in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador to carry seminars and lectures with the aim of promoting NIMSAR courses. We have also thought to use those funds in the training  in issues of human development, coaching and pedagogy.

I was really touched by your last posts ¡¡

You since a long time were telling us.. we want to write more.. it is time for you all to take responsabilities..and once on SM you said "who will lead mangal artik tomorrow"

You advised us one thing.. and you repeat and repeat the same instruction, and even if we obtained but results again and again  we are so stubborn that we continue doing the things on our way or not being totally transparent with U, acting behind your back, thinking that this time will work out but NOOOO , the mercy and blessings are in Your instructions until we understand that then is not going to be good results ¡¡¡

Today along with Jagad Guru das, etc are organizing the FMP for leading Mangal artik, the days are almost cover and it may rotate. I hope this will be helpful and also I hope this will be a good training for us.

I analized all my life as a devotee and I see no good results... I just feel ashamed because I just was a burden for You, etc... My nature is being pujari but at this point I do not see in which way I am contribuiting to Sankirtan ¡¡ 

I hope to be helpful for U, so sorry to bother U with my problems and mind

Madhudvisa: He wants to know how to find out how to please the spiritual master with one service.

Srila Prabhupāda: The spiritual master has given you so many things to do. First of all finish that. First of all finish sixteen rounds, observe the regulative principles. First of all finish this duty. And neglecting this duty, what can you do further? If you cannot finish sixteen rounds of chanting and if you cannot observe the regulative principles, then what else can you do? First of all finish this duty. Be expert in finishing, executing these duties. Then ask for another duty. And if you finish these duties, automatically Krishna will give you intelligence. Tesām satata-yuktānām bhajatām prīti-pūrvakam [Bg. 10.10]. One who is actually engaged in the service of the Lord, buddhi-yogam dadāmi tam, “I give him intelligence.” Krishna will give you intelligence. You will be able to talk with Krishna from within if you become sincere. If you cannot execute the preliminary duties, then how can you execute further duty? Esteemed Professor, Master Harsh et al,

Here we are still in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Our health is still very delicate with need to rest as much as 9-hours in a day now.  Our best medical advice is that we have to continue to adjust our work to live according to our Donkey's age.

In this regard we are basically working to develop a list of priorities and schedule that we can maintain personally and then responding from that perspective to the suggestions of others.

As of now this NIOS work is one of the very topmost priorities for us. We have had a series of discussions on maintaining the functioning of NIOS by shifting its operation to Texas and joining a broader educational corporation there, Goloka Education. This is taking time and energy and we shall be sending you particular notices on this.

Of course we have had our local work with Dr. Ravi and the big Celebrate Nashville Festival this weekend.

I received the final bill from Ma Saraadia press and now we only wait for the general accounting for this one project from your good self.

In this maze of NIOS work two projects seems prominent to us: Distribution of the books we have and the co-operation with the National Library of Peru on the annual journal, "Solaris", and an international conference on "Psychology of the Sacred". Both of these are moving along well with very, very senior scholars and editors. Particularly we have a meeting scheduled by phone tomorrow night with the Director of the Library, who has been beleaguered by hosting the International Monetary Fund, with Presidents and Representatives of 50-nations in Peru. He has written an EXCELLENT paper on the history of religion and psychology and at this point we are looking for someone who wants to go ahead very, very seriously in a dialog between Sri Caitanya's Bhagavata School and Occidental view of nature with this perspective of Jung. Unless we get this the journal and symposium will not have life. Can you help in this?
 

Besides NIOS and its administrative work, there is of course our personal Sadhana, without which we would be dead.  We keep that from 4.30-5.30AM On-Line and are committed to four classes on SB and BG weekly in Spanish and English.

These classes we feel should satisfy our very great debt to our ISKCON disciples and students.

Finally, we have our obligations as members of the Executive Committee of ISKCON'S Ministry of Education but we feel that those are being satisfied by their relationship with the aforementioned Sadhana Bhakti publication and education work.

Of course, there is more work to be done, structuring our strategy, but in-spite of all these challenges we are making tangible progress.

We will try to call both you are Harsh tomorrow and look for any mail from you as soon as possible.

We are anxious to hear about any work you are doing and if Pranava Das has contacted your good self.
