All Gloris to Sri Guruji Maharaja and Gouranga Mahaprabhu

Radha Krsna Ki Jay and Goura Bhakta Vrnda Ki Jay

Please accept my humble obeisances unto Sri Guruji Maharaja’s padmacharan that I want to know Guruji’s observation (impression) of Manipur visit specially Thoubal. It is the human nature that happiness of meeting and sadness of separation though it may be short or long.

Impression of Thoubal Bhaktas :

1.      Though Gurujis time is short for one night only, it is our golden opportunity that our Guruji came and hold in Guruji’s Aashrm at Thoubal.

2.      Our poor bhaktas who could not go and take darshan our Guruji at Mayapur or the nearest ISKON centre outside Manipur take the opportunity.

3.      Though our Thoubal Mandir is not yet a fully fledged ISKCON Centre, our Guruji visited frequently from far far country for the interest of our poor bhaktas.

4.      We can participate Nagar Kirtan with our Guruji personally around the Mandir.

Inconveniences of arrangement :

1.      We could not arrange separate room arrangement of Haridas Prabhu that is why he did not hold that night with us so we could not get enough time to accompany and communicate with Guruji.

2.      No bhaktas from Imphal ISKCON Mandir including Bonomali Prabhu, Sadhubhusan Das and Nabadwipchandra Das did not hold that night with us and participated mangal aarati.

3.      We could not arrange separate discussion with Guruji and initiated bhaktas of Thoubal

4.      We could not arrange separate discussion with Guruji and Brahma Diksa bhaktas about personal advantages and disadvantages in our spiritual life.

5.      Our Thoubal bhaktas are almost came from poor families so we could not present good dakshinas. Not only that some members including the senior most and brahma diksha Nanda Gopa Das did not turn in the Guru Pujah. It is so unfortunate for us.

6.      None of our Bhaktas from Thoubal except my family could not join at the time of Gurujis departure in the Airport.

Guruji, please guide us in the right direction of our gold and excuse us from all inconveniences caused by our mismanagement and facilities which we could not provided.

I will send the video recording of Guruji's activities during Guruji's visit at Manipur specilly at Thoubal.

HpS - All glories to Srila Prabhupada. It is so nice we solved this Blog problem and now we can communicate here. Our visit to Thoboul was very nice. You have such a very rich Vaisnava culture in Manipura. You are very fortunate to live there. Must be because of your previous good activities. It seems to us that all the devotees from Thoubal, Imphal, are sincere enough that we can give them our association and engage in service together. If we do that then our bad qualities will be destroyed at the root. So far the results of our visit are very nice. Let us see if people fulfil their promises. In any case we will make progress in expanding Lord Caitanya mission.

Brother Ass is tired but doing o.k. Traveled from 7.45a.m. to 12.45p.m. to get from Silchar to Albert Road. Hard traveling alone in a primitive foreign country. Many men with machine guns. Many said "Hare Krsna!" We tried to look like a real Indian Sannyasi rather than a Hippie Yogi. Maybe about 35% successful. Have nice room in Kolkata temple. Arrived just in time for lunch. Was very satisfying. Then immediately we gave B'cari ashrama class. About 65 living in the Ashrama. So very advanced. President came. We felt stressed, but told them about NIOS. 5.00p.m. eyes fading. More soon!

 Sometime ago, I sent my cover letter and CV to the Mayapur International School. The Principal wrote me back just a a few days ago, saying that she is interested in my application for Kindergarde. Could you please tell me if I should go on with the application or I should forget about it and keep going with my Gurukula service here in Spain? If I would go to India, my son and my daughter would come with me. Jayanta would stay in Spain.

Very Dear Hanumat Presaka Swami Maharaja, Please accept my most humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Thank You for being so merciful, by giving instructions and teach me about Lord Nrsimhadeva. Never imagined such undeserved mercy. And I'm again insisting on serving you somehow, maybe with translations. I have read text 8 from NOI as you told me, very carefully. I understand as much I can what it says about Lord Sri Krsna, devotional service, chanting His Names as much as posible, surrender to Him and live in Vraja Dham. I've been told that Lord Nrsimhadeva is Krsna also, His special form to save Prahlad Maharaja and to specially protect Devotees, (if this somehow wrong, please teach me) but still I couldn't make a "direct" connection from the text to the matter "how can I know if I am a devotee of Krsna or another Krsna's form?". I'm humbly asking for your kind help about this. I'm sure one phrase or word from you will help me to understand. I don't ask nothing big. You are already helping me so much. ASA - In text 8 BSSTh gives the levels of purification. You can see it is a long distance for us to travel. Talk to local Btahmans about this also! You are very merciful by saying we can even in our position have affection for some form of the Lord. I'm just looking for Refuge, somehow I experienced things that made me have more faith in Sri Nrsimha's Protection from this world than Sri Krsna or other forms, even reading many times that Sri Krsna is the deposit of all forms and avataras. I should have no excuse to prefer Lord Nrsimha, but the fact is that I felt a special attraction for Him since I got to KCON. And in difficults moments, after praying so much to Krsna, when nothing seemed to get better, I ended up asking for help and praying much more to Lord Nrsimha. Only that way things got solved. Is not my intention to be negligent or offensive, but hard situations made me strenght my faith and attraction to Lord Nrsimhadeva. Nowadays I cannot stop my prayers even when the troubles I prayed for help are over: 1) Because I like Him particulary, His ferocity to Protect Prahlad, His mood, form, passtimes I heard, etc. 2) Because I am so fallen that I don't want troubles around me anymore, and always that I stopped prayers for Him daily, all bad things started to happen again. Even if it's an insignificant reason, it made me to have more and more faith on Him, and to wish becoming a Good Devotee of Him... Dign of Him. I sent and email to an argentinian Brahman whom I learned and trust a lot, on how to worship Lord Nrsimhadeva. I'm waiting for his response. ASA . Very good. I took from SCC the word for word meaning of first 2 paragraphs of Nrsimha Pranam, and the 3rd last one I searched on VedaBase its words meanings from other purports as well from an online nirukti dictionary. I'm chanting it everyday and meditating more on its meaning. It helped a lot and I feel to Glorify the Lord in a better way. Like getting to know the most interesting Person ever imagined! Little by little. Word by word. Thank you. Just two more questions. Sorry I have written a lot this time. No rush at all on responding: 1) In a SB class these days it was said that Prahlad Maharaja lives in the Patalas. I don't understand and don't know about this, isn't there a loka for Nrsimhadeva and Prahlad Maharaja? Why such a Pure Devotee does not live in such loka, even if is the Asura's king? I'm confused and don't know the sastra. Could you please explain more about this? ASA - Look in SB around 5.18.12. 2) Is there more sastra about Lord Nrsimha that I could read?
