Personal conclusion statements

I am not this body, nor niether all the bodies where I lived once since immemorial time. 

I'm so tired of staying holed up in a house fighting with maya. Today I know my condition is due to karma I have accumulated in this life and past lives, are the consequences of so many mistakes I've made, also are product originated with actions through which so many people I damaged once. But I have to resolve this material entanglement where I am and thus set myself free of all death and birth. Some day I will can serve adequately my Lord, only thanks to His mercy.

Maya strength is such that can dominate the mind completely. The mind leads fake ego from illusion to illusion, that's why it is so important set the mind on the appropriate level of consciousness and this is the ultimate goal of any search, Krsna Consciousness; if we do not make the effort to set our mind on Krsna every time, we will falling again and again into the darkness of the material entanglement.

Our most important activity should be a constant practicing to train the mind. This is the ultimate goal of any attempt to dominate the mind, spoken by many yogis since the beginning of the ages and so fashionable today in mouths of so many fake prophets who speak of mastering the mind, but without indicating the suitable way to carry out the process, without indicating the right object of our attention. We must strive to work with our attentional energy so that we can make Krsna the object of our senses, the goal of all activity for small it could be, in the meaning of our lives, we must direct to Krsna each one of our actions, even getting up in the morning and at bedtime, showering, brushing teeth, drink water and eat, study and work, etc., all  our activities to be closer and more close of Krsna, trying hard always to respect at least the 4 regulative principles. Our routine should be taken as a way to restore the original position and transcendental activity of the living entity: serving eternally the Supreme Being.

If we do not connect with the appropriate level of consciousness is the fake ego who suffers and drag the soul into the darkness of transitory material life and may even lose the opportunity wich represents this human existence in particular.

If maya it ain't playing to my favor yet, is just because I keep dragging impurities in my mind and doing offenses and I do not realize.

"...mind is the cause of captivity and mind is the cause of liberation... the mirror of mind will be cleaned up..."

Many many thanks for your desire about the Nobel Prize... really you've done me laugh too much!!!!  was so funny!!!   I'm not a genius, but in fact the opposite...

So, as you asked me, I will send the letter in 3 smaller parts. Here I go with the firs one:

Then now I will share some of his teachings that have been very usefull to me over the past few months:

Once he told his disciples in San Francisco, while walking one morning by the Golden Gate Park: "...those who want to see God, must first have the qualities to can see Him. They must be purified. As the clouds covering the sun now, ordinary people think, 'oh! the sun has not come out'. But the sun is there, our eyes are covered..." Using the same metaphor of the sun, commenting on the teachings of Lord Kapiladeva, Srila Prabhupada states: "...the Absolute Truth is like the sun, which comes out for all to see. The sun does not hide, but we can try to hide ourselves from the sun closing the doors. To see the sun, we have to open the door. By the same way, Krsna is there, God is there..."

"...living entities are controlled by their previous actions ..."

"You can say who is God only in 5 words: Krsna is the Supreme Controller. If you are convinced of this and preach enthusiastically, success will be assured and you will be giving the greatest service to all living entities..." This is why a devotee has to understand vedic philosophy, he has to be prepared to answer any question.

With respect to some of his disciples had returned to their former way of life, materialistic, Prabhupada tries to find those sincere souls who would remain, that was the important thing, he said: "a moon worth more than many stars".

About the importance of practicing austerity: "...a devotee, accepting what nature provides, use his time and energy in spiritual life... the city is made by man and the field is made by God..."

Vairagya: bhakti-yoga is so strong that if we practice, we automatically refuse to serve maya.

Thank you for your kind responses to the questions regarding psycho- analysis. The brain is a funny thing [and I only studied it for 6 yearsL].  The weeds were a great way to explain the attachments.

Instead of prying too deep, I am going to start a prayer journal dedicated specifically to jivas I come across. Writing down my convoluted thoughts and relinquishing control to Krishna is the only way to not be consumed by it. The director of our division literally walked over to my desk a few seconds after I had this idea and gifted me a nice hard bound blank journal. It's amazing to see the Lord's hand in everything. It just brings so much happiness into daily life :) 

I am half way done with Diet for a New America. It is such an informative, exposive read. Very eye opening and great “evidence”  and facts to back up any vegetarian debates I run into (happens quite a bit at the office). Must be careful not to step on anyone’s toes though.  

I am currently serving in New Hastinapura Dham in Washington DC Maharaj,  so Ananda Vrindavana mataji is our temple president. She did recently send out the letter of recommendation! I had butterflies in my tummy (there is a medical term for this) when I read you received it!

Also, what does C=2pi x D! mean? (Excuse my obliviousness Maharaj).

HpS - ASA --- AGTSP paoho.   We have the Letter of Recommendation, but have you taken the Disciples Course? It is a mandatory GBC requirement for Initiation. If you have then as far as I can see you are ready to matriculate in the Bhaktivedanta School of Prema Bhakti as a Registered Student, take first initiation.

Yes, 'Diet for a New America' is great. Did you hear how John Robbin's father left his body? Your diary seems also great!

Monkeys "Whoop!", Piggys "Oink" and Scientists (Uncle Gismo) recite scientific mantras (Circumference = 2 pi x Diameter)!

Hope you have reached Nashville and recovering from your travel. May be you can sleep like king Mucukunda and when you are awake you see Lord Krsna (just joking)...
You were right that Guru-Tattva does austerities to benefit fallen souls. (storry of Nityananda-Gauranga & Sannyasi with white beard. do you want some ananda? ) It seem i am like that sannayasi.

I personally got to see your austerities done in short trip to Mumbai.  6 nigths and 6 different apartments.

i beg forgiveness of driving at 140 kmph. I was trying to reach destination as fast as possible. I did cause some troublevto you. you were right  even Duryodhana tried his best to prevent the war...

HpS - ASA - No, Dhrtarastra, and that is the doubt. We say, "I tried my best!", but did we blame God for our problems, but He can say the same thing, "I also tried my best". Then who is responsible? Who cares...    Just try our best some more.

“My dear King,” the Lord said, “because you are a kṣatriya, you have committed the offense of slaughtering animals, both in hunting and in political engagements. To become purified, just engage yourself in the practice ofbhakti-yoga and always keep your mind absorbed in Me. Very soon you will be freed from all reactions to such sordid activities.” In this statement it appears that although kṣatriyas are allowed to kill animals in hunting, they are not freed from the resultant contamination of sinful reactions. Therefore, whether one is a kṣatriya, vaiśya orbrāhmaṇa, one is recommended to take sannyāsa at the end of life, to engage himself completely in the service of the Lord and thus become freed from all sinful reactions of his past life.

The Lord then assured King Mucukunda, “In your next life you will take your birth as a first-class Vaiṣṇava, the best of brāhmaṇas, and in that life your only business will be to engage yourself in My transcendental service.”

May be next birth is definitely on cards for person like me.

HpS - ASA -- We wanted to spend more time with you "in your natural habitat". You seem like some kind of species of forest bird that lives in the trees and eats seeds all day long. I think there are three things that you should focus on:

I hope you're fine in all aspects.

I only thank you for your last visiting in Spain. It was very inspired for me. Thank you for your blessings for Manu too.

Manu was born on April 20th at 16:47. The birth was very quickly and good. He was received with "Haribol, Haribol!!" chanting. After that I chanted in his right ear the Maha Mantra Hare Krisna for three times.

Just Before He born I was reading SB 4.12 for Carcika and him, and we were chanting our rounds

He is a very quiet child, he eat a lot in many and short times and listen to me when I do Mangala Aratik in the morning and I read the Srmad Bhagavatam too.

He is a very loved child for us but without attach. Krisna len us His devotee in His huge mercy for we learn more and more.

We hope to know how we teach Manu to be a Krisna's devotee.

Thank you Gurudeva for all. I hope next time we see you again I can speak to you a little more.

ASA - Such nice news. All respects to your good wife, Manu's mother. Just keep listening, looking at, Manu and you will see him in a deep perspective, no?   We all come with a lot of history and to help someone we have to understand that history.
