Guru-Lila (part 4)

In some temples, either before or after the lecture, the devotees chant one round togecher, and believe me, this is quite purifying experience.  Some people may not have chanted at all throughout their lives, but in this way, they also get a chance to sit together with all the devotees/congregational members and get some first hand experience on chanting especially with the beads.  So here in this clip, which was made on 19th of March, 2016 at Navi Mumbai, you can see this thing and it is more special, because guruji His Holiness Hanumat Preshak Swami Maharaj is there, though he is not chanting with them, since he was chanting his evening Gaytri Mantra, silently, but he was listening, and another thing, you may also see my ugly face in this clip becuase there was a mirror (but you are lucky that you see it only for a few seconds, otherwise, you may have bad dreams in the night).

HpS - ASA -- We like that everyone chants one round together. We hear that Srila Prabhupada had the devotees do that in the first days of ISKCON, in front of the Deities, but we DO NOT like that it is done in unison. As far a we know this was a practice added without Prabhupada's consent, after he left. He had the devotees chanting at their own pace with individual concentration.

I am currently enjoying your lectures via ISKCON Desire Tree, and am surely interested to know whether you plan to come again to Australia soon, perhaps after CA?

I have learnt that Dhruva and Dhanesvari are in and around Brisbane. I have not had the good fortune to meet them yet. Maybe I can canvass them to get on your case for a visit?

Recipe:

1 part of tosted unsalted peanuts

1 part of peeled sunflower seeds

1 part of mascabo sugar or honey

dried grated coconut 1 cup per kg of prep.

Blend the peanuts and the sunflower seeds. Put in a bowl, add the honey or sugar. If sugar add a little water. Then make balls or patties. Pass them through a plate with the coconut.

I cook for my deities of Gaura Nitai 100% externally 10 % internally. Usually we cook for ourselves and offer it to the deities.

HPS ASA -- Thank you for the list of devotees. Big team. You can change the world. We opened asked reviewed the Link. It is very informative as a record. What I saw. To go from live show to a video is definite work, no?

You have to edit and even better, take some time and directly film the scenes as you are going to show them. E.g. close-ups, cutting from face to face. It can be worth the time. Maybe you have a five minute summary and the whole recording as an archive. If you have two cameras for the live recording that is super. Then you can do very simple editing between the two and her six times the effect.

Más que felices por su venida, estamos tan felices, y efectivamente llevaremos muchos NOI, Mitravinda tiene unos, tal vez P. Puspa otros y yo imprimire otros más como Ud. desea, es el libro más importante de los pequeños y ojalá pronto vuelva haber en Perú. El domingo que paso tuvimos la inauguración de la escuela dominical "Yachakuy Jambavanitos", estuvo en el acto de apertura M. Bhaktibhusana y las autoridades respectivas del templo y de NIMSAR, y por supuesto esperamos su visita en algun domingo, cuando Ud. pueda, pues tendra muchos invitados que atender y luego tal vez pueda. Hemos dejado el colegio en la tarde y nos quedamos con el de la mañana hasta cuando Krsna desee, y estamos deseosos de volver a salir mas frecuente a distribuir libros e incursionar en varias modalidades, en fin aunque estoy muy caida creo que gracias a la asociación santa pronto me recuperare, eso es algo que el sankirtana logra, estoy convencida, estuvo una devota mayor madre Anaga Manjari que vive en EEUU y nos dio muchas ideas de sus hijos para la escuelita, deseamos ponerlas en practica pronto, estamos contentos y emocionados por sus programas y tenemos las tardes libres, para apoyar, así que hay NOI y si Ud. desea otra cosa tambien habrá, ¡Jay Gurudeva! gracias por su misericordia, gracias por venir y alegrarnos la existencia.

Respecto a la convocatoria de recetas de galletas, necesitamos saber por favor,  cuando es la fecha o plazo límite?  Disculpe no encontré este dato.

No somos expertos, pero estamos animando a otros que envíen su mejor receta, Jayadeva Goswami prabhu, etc ... tratamos de convencer al experto en repostería prabhu Uddharana. 

Queremos llevar la degustación de galletas el 13 de Julio.
