        Todas las glorias a sus divinos pies de loto [lodo], a Srila Prabhupada y a Sri Sri Gaura Nityananda [!].

        Guru Maharaja, gracias por haberme respondido el mensaje de Whatsapp. Yo también vi su respuesta tarde porque el Whatsapp era de un devoto que estaba en la India.

        La situación con mi hijo hoy se ha complicado más aún. Con respecto a este tema, vengo hablando con ciertos devotos, por lo general son devotos del templo.

HpS - Si, si, si...  Su problema no es tan no-comun. Claro, hay variedad, pero muchos principios son general y podemos tomar apoyo hablar con otros! Chanakhya Pandita dijo, 'La victoria proviene de buen consejo, y buen consejo proviene de muchos consejeros'. Vamos a ganar para Krsna.

        Me estoy yendo a vivir fuera del templo en unos días después de tres intensos años de haber vivido en el templo.

HpS - Piense va a ser un contraste muy educativa.

        Yo ya tenía una idea de vivir fuera del templo este año pero, la comisión del templo resolvió que me tenía que ir cuanto antes. Este es otro tema que también quisiera hablar en privado con usted y, no quisiera hacerlo público.

I hope you are very happy with your beloved Krsna.

HpS - We are still very happy with our beloved body and mind, but in the association of Srila Prabhupada, Lord Nrsmhadeva, FMP Sanga, we are beginning to remember our good friend. We are really sick.

Here, I present my reflections about Introduction and preface:

1.-In introduction there are several topics: Immortality of Krsna and soul, creation, pleasure of Krsna. method of knowledge, etc. Is a summary of conclusions from the teachings of Bg and SBG.

2.-In paragraph 29 it is mentioned that pleasure power is absent in us, that is why we are looking for a man or a woman, but it seems to me that this lack is stronger in the male body because in paragraph 7 it says: that the most powerful shackle of Maya is female.

HpS - What about attachment of ladies for children?  I expect as we continue the study these questions will become more and more answered, no?

3.-Here is a challenge for a practitioner; It is said that in order to learn to obtain the pleasure of Krsna we must read SBG chant 10 but also clarifies that unless we do not understand Krsna we can not understand that power (pf 25), and  pf 18 says TLC (whose objective is to understand Krsna) starts from the point when one surrenders to Krsna (no material attachment), that is  when you already accept the BG, there just begun Athato brahma jijnasu. Great majority of us are still in cap 2 of BG, long road.

HpS - But, we are also taking the mercy of Lord Caitanya in Hari-nama Kirtan. So we are getting advanced knowledge from that source. Like someone who is studying Chemistry in the University but has an Uncle who is a Nobel Laureate in Chemistry with whom he associates a lot, no?

4.-pf 35: Krsna methodology teaching?: parampara system has 2 processes: external (SM) and internal (by heart). paf 38:Vedica evidence (sabdha) is the transcendental sound, sound is very important, will it read aloud?, and And it is necessary to purify heart so that the internal process by heart can be given.

HpS - Damodara Das, great historian, told me that he read that once, like 15th -16th century, a monk entered his monestery and he was shocked, scandalized to see the behavior of another monk, he was reading the Bible and his lips weren't moving.  Ha!  Ha!  Ha!      So, yes, sure seems, and we have personal experience that it is different, but not necessarily always better, to read outloud or at least with the lips, tongue and jaw moving.

Lord Caitanya method: Love (teaching us how to love Krsna). And it is necessary to purify heart so that the internal process by heart can be given.

Lord Caitanya and Krsna different character and method. I think the challenge is to find the balance between these 2 methods.

HpS - In the beginning maybe a balance is necessay. Also, balancing our visits to Mayapura and Braja, but later we realize that they both are 100% essential, achintya-bheda-acheda and we learn how to be fully involved with both.

In the Sunday, Boise, SB class, 1.2.16 we noticed that even the Asuras who Krsna declares that He send to hell forever can get escape from that by the mercy of the preachers.

World Classical Literature: "She" by H. Rider Haggard. List of most read books: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_books. We want to get the KRSNA book on this list, no? What makes a book well read? Of course, one answer is that it is a good book and it is an old book. Then many people have a chance to read it for a long time. We also noticed that a book is satisfying if it doesn't just end, but rather satisfies us as a complete meal but then indicates what to read next.

Our mail is keeping pretty current. You can see the "Seattle Symposium" letter. Now we are waiting for a letter from Sattva, Abhirama Th. Das, to make the next move on "Psychology and the Sacred".

All these projects are too big for us. We are just doing our work to organize our little contribution. That's the way for everyone, no?

On the way to NGD's ashrama we just stopped at Kamya-van, Good-will Store. It is a second hand store. We were looking for a nice briefcase for the Blue Baboon and others.

Please accept my humble obeisances unto Shree Guruji Maharaja’s padmacharan that I had read Guruji's letter with asirbad and informed to all bhaktas and matagis of our Thoubal Mandir. Now, I have completed the reading of the book "Maya : The Divine energy of the Supreme" written by Bhakti Purusattam Swami. I have collected the book “Bhakti Rashamrta Sindhu of Srila Rupa Gosvami : Comentary by Srila Jiva Gosvami and Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura translated by Bhanu Svami in English, Volume- I & II”.

HpS - It is very, very profound book. Srila Prabhupada's Nectar of Devotion is an English translation and summary study. Then Srila Prabhupada's disciple, Dhanurdara Swami, wrote a book, Waves of Devotion, that goes through chapter by chapter explaining so many details. We are reading Chapter 12 of Nectar of Devotion this week. Join us. It is available at www.vedabase.doc also.

I have daily mangal arati in my home but in the chitrabot of Radha-Krsna Jugala Murti, Jaganatha-Baladeva-Subhadra, Panchatattva, A.C.Prabhupada-Sripada-HpS Maharaja. Now I have no proper mandir so I managed on the table. My house is under construction, so after completion of the constlruction a better place of worship will be accommodated. In the evening sandhya arati also without kirtan.

HpS - So, very, very nice!   What are you cooking for Krsna each day???

Guruji Maharaja! In some of the replies of different questions in the blog Guruji mentioned that complete 16 rounds should be completed in the morning. In this reply I want to know that in the Nisanta:2 a.m. or so if I want to chant will I start after bathing or without bathing?

HpS - You can complete them any time each day, but in the morning is best. Before Mangala arati is the best. You can get up at 2am if that is practical and then wash your hands, face, mouth, feet and chant. Then take full bath later.

From the last Sunday, out initiated team started Nama Sankirtan in front of the daities of our Thoubal Mandir before starting normal Sunday Programme.

I'm very happy to finally write you. My name is Bhaktin Rukmini. My mother is Tarangaksi Devi Dasi and my grandmother is Gauri Devi Dasi. We are from Lima-Peru. I'm a 17-years-old student. I've recently entered to Catolica University to study education.

HpS - Thank you. We remember you. . . Paoho....

My family know Krishna consciousness long time ago. I always have association of devotees. I'm following the four principles and trying to chant rounds [try harder! <img alt="devil" height="23" src="http://hps.monkeywarrior.com/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/devil_smile.png" title="devil" width="23" />]. I love reading Krishna books with my little sister (Devahuti). When we were in Miraflores (Shell) Temple, my service was to make garlands and then pujari assistant. I  studied the Bhakti Yoga course with p. Jiva Sakti and the course of disciples with p. Baladeva. Now, I'm in Wilson temple and by the mercy of the devotees,  my service is to give classes of Bhagavad Gita twice a month. I'm also participating in a devotional group of study.

Since a year ago, I'm aspirating to you. I'm trying to always read your Kapi Dvaja and connect to FMP with my mother and granny.

I HAD READ SIMILAR PURPORTS BY SRILA PRABHUPADA, THAT IS WHY I WORRY.

IN THE MAIN TIME I DID PUT MY NAME DOWN FOR SO MANY DIFFERENT KINDS

OF JOBS, AND NONE OF THEM INVOLVED ANIMAL KILLING (CLEANING, RECEPTIONS, CHILDREN CARING, ENTERTAINMENT, MYSTERY SHOPER...). I  WONDER WHY NONE OF THIS CAME UP AND I WONDER WHY THIS ONE DID COME UP, I NEVER THOUGHT.

THEY WILL CALL ME BECAUSE I SAID IN THE FIRST INTERVIEW I DON´T WANT TO BE WAITRESS.

SOMETIMES I HAVE HEARD THAT WHEN THIS HAPPENS KRSNA WILL PROVIDE SOMETHING ELSE, I WONDER WHY HE DID NOT.

DO IT ALREADY... WHAT IS THE TEST?

I ALWAYS WORKED, BUT FOR SOME YEARS I HAVE DEPENDED ON BHADRA AND EVEN ON MY PARENTS, I AM ALMOST 37, I AM NOT HAPPY LIVING LIKE THIS, AND BHADRA IS NOT WORKING NOW...SO WHAT I AM MEAN TO DO?

HpS - Should see what work Bhadra can do, a career. You are his wife. You have special potency to understand the character of your husband and then help him in his work. Maybe he should be a Senator? Maybe...  think about it.

You can be honest with your employers. Show them the SB and the citation and then the comment of your Bishop (Me), that according to your particular position in your religioniouis life. and just personal feelings of compassion you can't distribute meat, and you can certainly understand that this may not be practical for them if you are going to work for them, so they may have to ask you to look for work elsewhere, even though you do like working there in other aspects.

Krsna will NEVER punish you for following such a clear instruction as Prabhupada has written it. You can be a little Prahlada Maharaja.
