PAMHO Guru Maharaj,

Thank you so much for the long awaited reply. It must have been a very, very hectic schedule. I hope Nrshimha Dev has protected you and the whole team very well.

Maharaj BhaktiVyaas Tirtha Swami had recently undergone surgery for Inguinal Hernia at our hospital and it has been a blessing in disguise for me. By Prabhupada's mercy, Maharaj has almost fully recovered now. We would hopefully discharge Maharaj on Monday , well in time for Janmastami. I get to spend quite a lot of time with Maharaj here at the hospital. On other days, it is nearly impossible to interact. I am blissfully happy for this special mercy.

Have booked my tickets for Vrindavan (27th Sept). I hope Maharaj would give me a little chance to serve.....there will be lots of devotees at Vraja undoubtedly. I am thrilled with the idea of Peru-Manipur venture. I had always wondered about the Mayans.....the Spaniards!

Its a rainy day....the rain has done wonders to the lotuses here!!

Banamali Prabhu had asked me to write an article for Janmastami souvenir....I wanted to request Guru Maharaj on what to write...but somehow I felt it was not proper for me to disturb you while on a hectic tour.... I simply prayed for Guru Maharaj's guidance. I wrote a short article entitled ' The joy of a neophyte devotee'. I hope you will like it Guru Maharaj.

HpS - AGTSP.  Paoho.  Nothing but one cup of water in the last 18-hours!  Our Donkey is under a lot of pressure, but smiling. Our respects to Maharaja.
You are medical Doctor?   I thought you were in the University.
Your news and Yamunesvara's is very nice. I wish to be in Manipur.

We arrive Delhi (if trip is on time) at 10.40PM on the 28th. Temple administration should meet us and then we will go to the Gloria of India Guest House and show up for Mangala arati. Then of course recuperating from the travel, but then we want to arrange visit with Dr. Kalyan-kumar Cakravarty about these projects. We are publishing letters we are exchanging with him. We will see what other programs the Temple arranges. Of course, we want to visit Vrndavana, but it maybe only for one night!! We are also waiting for response to our letters to Tunga-vidya Devi Dasi and Braja-basi Jagamohan. Only for our five nights total, then MOE/GBC meetings in Ujjain.

Just talked with Dr. Samaresh in Kolkata, looked at the flights to Silchar and Imphal. Still don't know the geography of the Northeast that well, but now seems best that we stay in Kolkata, Albert Road from 26th October to August 1st. The trip from Australia will be about 20-hours. That is the best ticket we could find, so our body will be at deaths door, and then five nights in Kolkata will be good. Then ... August first we go to ..... Imphal (?Silchar?) and stay there until 4th morning, three nights. Everyone who really needs to see us can load their camels in advance and travel to Imphal. Next visit if it is like this then we go to Silchar instead of Imphal.

How does this seem to your good self? We will put this in a general Blog Post called "Details of North East India Travel".

We must be sure that Rtu-raja Das and everyone who wants to can come and be accomodated. Maybe we can even allocate some funds for camel food.

What will we do while we are there?  We can have an Nectar of Instruction seminar for all three days and that will allow us to talk about EVERYTHING in Krsna consciousness in a very systematic fashion. We could record all the questions and comments. Also, can we meet with cultural and academic leaders during the day? Maybe have a colloquia on "Presenting Bhagavata Culture in the Western World: "Hamlet and Arjuna", "Science, Psyche and Spirituality - Prof. Carl Jung and the Mysticism, Music and Dance of the Bhagavata". We can engage these experts in our magazine "Solaris", our movie, "Art and the Sacred", and even developing educational exchange programs with South America.

I just spent 30-minutes researching the flights and there appears to be an Indigo ticket that we can use at noon on the 1st and 11AM on the 4th, but we need to buy within next two days!

HpS - Hare Krsna.  No entiendo "QUEREMOS ENTENDER LA IMPORTANCIA DE ABRIR NUESTRA MENTE PARA LA PREDICA Y SU EXPANCION (COMPARTIR)". Claro es la tema de NOI Texto 4, 5, 6. Estamos adelantando en purificacion de nuestras deseos egoistas basado en como podemos relacionar con Krsna  y Sus devotoos, y evitando asociacion de no-devotos. Entonces... si, es summamente importante abrir la mente a los devotos, como describa en estas textos de NOI: Poco a los Kanistha-adhikaris, de una manera practico para Madhyama-adhikaris y completo a Uttama-adhikari. Por ejemplo un devoto acercarse a Vd y pregunta, "Que pasa con el Presidente del Chocsica dejando su papel"? Si es una persona aun muy apegado al mundo material, tiene dos novias, fumando marijuana aveces, pero canta Japa aveces, asista a Rathayatra y Fiesta de Domingo, Kanistha-adhikara, nos revela la mente para decir, "Ha pasado unos dificultades con los principios regulativas como dice en la carta al publico del Junto Nacional".

Si es un devoto regular, iniciado, siguiendo bien, podemos va a communicar, "Es un poco fuerte pero ya aparece bien. El confeso que tiene fuertes problemas economicas y presion de la familia y para alivio era fumando unos cigaros. Ya estaba dejando papel del Presidenta, pero si puede dejar esta mal habito para seis meces, todos son de acuerdo que el asumiendo otra vez su papel".

Con Srila Prabhupada todos estan abriendo sus corazones communicar cosas que no vamos a ejemplificar aun aqui.

Bien?    Eso era su pregunta?   Que pasa con las relaciones familiar Vaisnava?  Un modo de Sankirtan?  Muchas gracias para sus asociacion Santa. No pienso su posicion es facil pero pienso que va a ser un resultado fuerte en sus austeridades hacer cosas bueno.

You may remember when the King of Heaven put Monkey in charge of the Heavenly Peach Orchard and he ate all the celestial peaches (some only ripening every 1,000 years). Well what can you expect!   He's a Monkey!     Haven't you got enough sense to not put him in the peach orchard!

We feel the same way here in Murfreesboro. The devotees, ladies et al, cleaned our cave while we were gone. It needed it, but they also stocked the refrigerator and shelves with quarts/litres of pnut butter and jam etc!    Such a big temptation (and we do confess that we have been so lonely sometimes that we took some comfort there).
However, FMP saves our lives and we do seem to be learning how to control our Wild Asses, Senses, better.

O.K. Let's look at the YahooMail.  Jaya Rama!!

Today is a good day to read the Advent of Lord Krsna in the KRSNA book, no?   We should be able to see the pastimes described there happening in the world around us, no?

Dear Guru Maharaja:
This is a letter to say thank you.

I have been some years in Krsna´s Conciousness and at the beggining was something hard because I thought I wasn´t material to being a devotee, for different reasons, mainly because I could accomplish the standar, how I saw it, to other devotees seemed more natural but to me was so difficult.

My life wasn´t so easy as today. I have been through a lot, really I never waited [wanted?] my life were like this.

I´m writing this to explain how lucky and grateful I feel, because I never imagined to go to Chile to take shelter of you and having an amazing spiritual father right now.

HpS - A Godfather?  Like Marlon Brando???!!

So much times in the past I begged for help to God, and help is here. I´m surrounded of such a good devotees who inspire me, take care of me and always help me.

Now I understand that even the worst situation was to get me more closer to Krishna.

I feel very happy and blessed, I hope one day I could give you my heart.

HpS - Please do it in a box with an address on it with comment: To only be opened for quick inspection and promptly passed to Srila Prabhupada for more careful decisions.   We are acting as ISKCON diksa guru. That is more the formality like the Priest who marries you (to Krsna), but also as Siksa gura. There should be many of those. Main thing now is to take shelter of Prabhupada and take help of people who can help you in that relationship, like formal first initiation, understanding his books.

Sometime I asked you how to do to love Krishna so much that I couldn´t think in anyone else, you told me: by directing to our guru, Srila Prabhupada, chant your rounds for him. I can´t understand this very well, can you explain it please?

HpS - I don't remember the situation or what we said, but is understanding Bala-rama, Guru. Balarama dances with Gopis but not in the mood of a lover, husband. He dances in the mood of a dance teacher. He tries to show them what it is like to dance with Krsna as a boyfriend, to prepare them to dance with Krsna(??). So we chant HK/HR in the association of Srila Prabhupada, Gaura-Nitai FOR Radha and Krsna!  O.K?

I have to say, what an exalted soul, to me, seems to be my first client Mr. Luis, from Portugal.

This Luis or client is one of the nicest persons, for he is such a theist, that he knows how to use psychology!! (he can energize very well water with devices he sells, and of course he has much also PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic frequencies) machine for health and machines of course to shield from all the bad EMF today.

Like he says the devil of the industrial age EMF (electromagnetic frequencies). Tesla himself was also terrified by the vast damage to humans his AC current had, so he was one of the biggest opponents for his own youthhood's simple invention, the induction motor EM or better known as Alternating Current or AC (50Hz, same as our nervous system. That's why this electrosmog has almost the same effects on human body as the lead poisoning in same time would be. heh, Maharaja ain't this the very very thing historians say why Rome was finally raided for good:) HR HK

HpS - I don't know exactly. One audiologist here, bit Indian gentlman, said that these new low energy flourescent light bulbs are great on energy reduction but they produce a very high frequency sound and the result is that people are becoming deaf in that frequency.

Seems that we should all be pure devotees and then we can adapt this new technology properly and even Krsna will send us proper sastric sources. Prabhupada said one time that 2 or 3 dozen televisions were enough for the whole world. Live in the village. Grown corn, squach and beans, make puppet shows and naturally develop mystic powers like flying on magic carpets. We Norther people have to become heavy metal workers to fight with nature but natural human life is in places like Ecuador, free bananas, coconuts and greens!  See you there, polar bear!
