Todas las glorias al movimiento de sankirtana de Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu y sus devotos! 

Tenemos la confianza y agradecimiento de que el Señor Nrisimhadeva lo proteje en su sankirtana. 

Preferimos no escribir para no saturar su correspondencia y valioso tiempo, tenemos algunos desafíos en cuanto a la salud que podrían mentalmente volvernos inestables sin embargo estamos entendiendo que conforme pasan los años naturalmente tendremos que aprender a usar más la sabiduría que otras habilidades de la juventud, es difícil, sin embargo Krsna tiene Sus planes supremos...

Usualmente leemos Twitter/X, parece que el 90% les parece práctico el grupo de WhatsApp, lo que sea más útil para su sankirtana está bien para nosotros, estamos para intentar servirle.

Cada aplicación tiene ventajas y desventajas, si la decisión es WhatsApp por favor tomenos en cuenta para esta maravillosa asociación. 

En WhatsApp hay grupos interactivos y también grupos configurados para que sean informativos en donde únicamente el/ los administradores pueden enviar mensajes y material con la finalidad de evitar saturar el almacenamiento del equipo, esto es útil cuando hay un foro grande y mucho entusiasmo en la comunicación.

Nos gustaría conocer un poco más de estas propuestas por favor y ser parte.

We prefer not to write so as not to overwhelm your correspondence and valuable time.

HpS/ASA - Thank you! We are all trying to accommodate each others limitations, no?

We have some health challenges that could make us mentally unstable. However, we understand that as the years go by, we will naturally have to learn to use wisdom more than other skills of youth. It is difficult, however, Krsna has His supreme plans...

HpS/ASA - Old age is a good friend for a devotee. We are learning to live without food, water, air, thoughts... these will gradually and completely go away soon, no? Yet, Buddhi is more permanent, and even though that may be carried to the next life, if we must, want to leave the Bahiranga shakti, then we must give up Buddhi and Ahankara also!

We usually read Twitter/X, and it seems that 90% of them find the WhatsApp group useful. Whatever is most helpful for your sankirtana is fine with us; we are here to try to serve you.

Each app has advantages and disadvantages. If you choose WhatsApp, please consider us for this wonderful partnership.

On WhatsApp, there are interactive groups and also groups configured for informational purposes where only the administrator(s) can send messages and material, in order to avoid overloading the device's storage. This is useful when there is a large forum and a lot of enthusiasm for communication.

We would like to learn a little more about these proposals, please, and be a part of it.

Dear Gurumaharaja, the reason for my letter is because our stay in New Vrajamandala is becoming increasingly difficult. The phrase the authorities always tell us, "THERE IS NO PLACE FOR GRIHASTRAS HERE," is becoming more and more true in our daily lives. I struggled and endured until I couldn't take it anymore. We wrote a letter to the community, formalizing what everyone in NVM knows: that we live in a space that is too small (we have to take out the mattress to open the door) and that it used to be a garbage dump. We cleaned it up.

I am the daughter of a lawyer; I explained my case and supported it. Beforehand, I asked seven brahmanas, as you once told me; I asked seven families who lived and still live here. Therefore, I came to the conclusion that it's best to leave this place.

I'm already married; I can't always live in the house of my spiritual family. Prabhupada says that the grihastras should contribute to the temple, .. my husband and I should not continue living off Iskcon.

We do not want to be a burden or a nuisance to anyone (although the letter affected several of the administrative board) I repeat: I am the daughter of a good lawyer, my father taught me to tell the truth to defend what is right.

The administration no longer has normal spaces for us to live, and we accept it. It is time to go out into the world and work.

My husband and I are grateful but it is now necessary to leave.

HOWEVER I made it very clear that our commitment to supporting the hostel service is to maintain the only source of income for NVM and my husband maintains his service taking care of the 92-year-old devotee who gave and gives everything to the NVM rural project.

In short, WE WILL NOT LEAVE THE SERVICE BUT WE WILL LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE OUTSIDE OF NVM 🙏🏻

What you describe sounds accurate. We guess your husband is of the same mind.

We talked with the Brahmana leaders of the Houston community, Temple President and authorities, State and Federal government and now we plan to be based in Houston until Janmastami.

If things really fall apart the railroad track in one block away and we can just leave all shelter and start walking East along the track toward Braja!

Leímos el Twitt: "Start using WhatsApp group for ASA Search Team immediate notices instead of Twitter?"...

Desde nuestra perspectiva; el grupo de WhatsApp puede aumentar la accesibilidad. La desventaja de los grupos es que frecuentemente se saturan de respuestas repetitivas de los miembros, por lo que quizá se pueda habilitar la función para que solo el administrador pueda enviar mensajes.

Cabe resaltar que Twitter nos ha parecido una buena vía de comunicación, pues:

*Almacena archivos, videos e imágenes sin necesidad de descargarlos en los dispositivos de los seguidores.

*Mantiene la privacidad de los miembros.

*Facilita la búsqueda organizada de publicaciones anteriores.

(Lo que es de gran ayuda al integrar los post asa-e)

*La única desventaja que, como ASA carnaval observamos en Twitter, es la dificultad para descargar los videos que usted comparte.

Hasta aquí nuestra limitada perspectiva, espero no importunar con nuestros pequeños comentarios.

Listening to you, Srinivasa-acharya Das, Twitter survey et al, The Supreme Absolute Undifferentiated Commando (SABUNCO) of ASA has decided that we will use a WhatsApp Group to communicate immediate Sankirtan chatter to all search party members.

HpS and maybe five more devotees can be Administrators.

Only they will post.

Every person who uses WhatsApp's with a chosen name and phone number are public. So, joining the Group doesn't do much to compromise privacy, no?

Membership will be by Administrator approval only.

Maybe five ASA members can agree to become Administrators until Janmastami?? Then Regional Members can contact them if anything needs to be posted on the Whatsapp Group. Of course, in general it is just a broadcast for Tom Brown to notify Members of the different immediate events such as lectures etc.

Dear Guru Maharaja, Hare Krishna and thank you for your prompt reply! 

I’d like to make sure I understand you correctly. 

You heard Srila Prabhupada, either in a recorded or live lecture, make a statement that seemed to contradict something else he said—either within the same lecture or in another talk. Additionally, Srila Prabhupada mentioned that anything unclear now will eventually become clear through devotional service, most likely when performed without offenses. 

Do you know where I could listen to this lecture?

HpS - It was, agtSP, a lecture that was being broadcast over the public address system in the Berkeley Temple. I think it was a group class.

He said that one should only accept uttama adhikari as guru, and then later he said that he had never claimed to be an uttama adhikari. This was bemusing, bewildering to us, but then he said at the end that all these discrepancies would be resolved if we just engaged in devotional service.

As we remember, in the SB, the Professional Reciters are glorifying Prthu Maharaja for being great, an incarnation of God or such. He says, No, no, don't glorify me like that. The reciters look to the sages and they nod, keep on describing his glories, and in the purport srila Prabhupada comments like even if one is an incarnation of God he should not claim to be so, but the wise, scholarly, pure people will recognize him and properly glorify him.

Maybe you personally are feeling that you are becoming more and more fixed in devotional service and actually have some empowered abilities in this Sankirtan movement, but you may also feel that you are a hypocrite and a cheater.

So we see Prabhupada and Prthu Maharaja expressing such feelings, and as we personally engage in devotional service we experience it and Srila Prabhupada's words become deeper and deeper.

However…

Since Srila Prabhupada’s chief is known for stealing butter, I shouldn’t expect everything to always be entirely “honest and legal.” I looked up the phrase “on the up and up,” and Merriam-Webster defines it as such. Are you suggesting that in dealing with Krsna, certain things are not always straightforward or easy to understand with absolute precision? 

HpS - The progression of the loving affairs of Krsna with His devotees are crooked like the movement of a snake.

There is a delightful stimulating funny confusion that covers Krsna's pastimes in Goloka. It is Yoga maya.

Krsna is bent in three places. He seems to exist in a space higher than Euclidean Space, even higher than Hyperbolic Space etc.

That said, my core question remains: Why does Srila Prabhupada make seemingly contradictory statements, which can cause confusion for me and others? I understand that different statements may be intended for different situations and individuals. However, many devotees do not accept this nuance; instead, they insist on applying one statement universally and indefinitely.

HpS - Yet he explains repeatedly that different things are presented in different audiences, times, place and circumstances.

Some purports see to be for reformed drug addicted hippies and others seem to be for the next Sampradaya, Nitya siddha, Ahcarya.

You also mentioned that service to guru and Bhagavan Sri Krsna comes first, and then answers will follow.

Since this material world is temporary, there is no need to expect permanent answers here. 

The material world is likened to a prison, where problems are inevitable. However, these difficulties serve to inspire a sincere prisoner to seek liberation. 

In conclusion, you’re suggesting that I choose one of the topics, and we could possibly discuss it further.
