En resumen lo que me gustaría saber es cómo debe un Vanaprastha relacionarse con el sexo opuesto. Con buenos devotos del sexo opuesto.

For me is very normal speak with a woman through whatsapp or mail. All my life, outside, I gave done, then, is little difficult to me don't speak directly to the opposite sex without be... Impractical?? !??? Is a habit. Can You enlight me, please? 

Also, generally, I speak much more with girls that men. 

What steps I must do to learn ?

HpS - Good question. Basic principle is to see all women excpet for one's own wife as mothers.  If there is divorce and the wife remarries, then basically she is like another man's wife even if it is not a very civilized relationship.

So, short term contact with the opposite sex for preaching purposes only. Best is never alone, like internet, or physically. Even if we are not engaged in any gross activities this will also reduce the subtle egoistic gratification and then we can return that to Krsna!
