Dear Guru Maharaj,

We had a wonderful Rath Yaatra....The Lordships returned to the temple only at around 9pm. The yaatra began at 1.30pm. Sending you just 2 photos. Had gone through Guru Maharaj's heavy schedule.

Regarding whether my family worshipped Shiva.....as far as I remember my great grandfather was a staunchVaishnava ....to this day I don't know how he could recite the scriptures daily , every morning....illiterate that he was! My grandparents and my parents are Vaishnavas too. I don't remember my ancestors worshipping Shiva...though I used to observe Shivratri on a couple of occasions. Of course now after association with ISKCON devotees my concept about Shiva has changed thoroughly. I pay my obeisances but I don't worship Shiva as such.

On Snan Yatra and Rath Yatra....we prepared chappan bhoga. Guru Maharaj ...is it alright for me to prepare bhoga for Jagannath.....I am yet to take Bhrahmin diksha. This time I prepared some items as there were just a handful of us available for service... kindly instruct me....

HpS - Hare Krsna. Yes, Bhoga for Lord Jaganatha. He is Patita Pavana. Yes, fourth canto. You are a neophyte pure devotee. Is there special Manipuri worship of Lord Jagannatha? Other groups have the festival? Where is the cart from?
