I had phone call with New Relic representative and registered for trial account.
Now they would like me to send them PDF copy of 501(c)(3) certificate so they can enable our free account.
To complete your registration, please send a PDF copy of your organization’s 501(c)(3) certificate to [email protected]. Once your 501(c)(3) status has been confirmed, you will be provided with up to five free hosts of New Relic Web APM Pro. If you require more than five hosts, a New Relic representative will contact you to discuss your needs and the option to purchase additional hosts at a significant discount.
If you do not submit your 501(c)(3) certificate to [email protected], your subscription will be downgraded to the Lite version of New Relic Web APM Pro at the end of your trial period.
Would you please send me above mentioned certificate or give me contact for somebody who can send it to me?

HpS - ASA -- Thank you Mr. PND. I just sent a copy of your letter.  to NGD asking for his approval and then we can ask our secretary to send the PDF copy of the IRS determination letter. We are in the jungles of Peru.
