urgent- morning program

hope all is good at your end..

my mail does not bring any good news as compared to other bloggers in the blog, where they are contributing to sankirtana....!!! i am here are struggling to be just sane man  and do little bit sadhana...
i have written urgent because right now i can not control "urge of mind to get angry or get deluded".

i remember many times you said one should take ashrama that helps one hearing anc chnating.. sorry i messed up here.

you r focus have been on 1. good enth rounds 2. four rules 3. morn prog 4. eve prog.

fo this is is essential by 530  mangl arti is important. then 2 hours of chanting and then reading..

here are some details
the situtaion at my home is topsy turvy my child sleeps by 11pm.  so i am forced to sleep after that.. i get up by 4  some how manage mangal arti.
an after i try my rounds, but mostli doze off.. pill buster says i need more rest esp my mind.  result of which is that my mind is not realxed i tend to enter fight / flight mode.

and whenver i miss my morn prg , miss offering deities, miss my my rounds.... my mind becomes more and more disturbed and gradually
uncontrolled. ..pill buster is again again telling me not focu on such rituals its not practical in my casesuch disturbance increases my irritation day to day basis, eventually lead to fault finding  dis satisfaction...
can you tell me the reason (folly/ actual) my mind is becoming disturbed ?

i know you  are not right person to solve this problem because of ur ashrama.  but u r the person whose instruction i strive to follow whatever small i can..

The problem I have in answering with details is that I don't know the details. I don't see your daily life with family, associates, city life.

Are you in communication with Nitai-gaurasundara Das?  He was happy to make some suggestions for medication if your psychiatrist was of accord.

The advice from the psychiatrist I cannot judge. NGD himself is director of a psychiatric hospital, father of three successful kids and an Indian and a devotee. His advice to me about stomach, heart etc. has always been very good. If he doesn't know, he says he doesn't know.

Call him on the phone?!

Besides that, it is obvious that as soon as the sun gets up the banks, businesses open, mode of passion results. Then bars, clubs, open as the sun goes down. So mode of goodness is early in the morning.

Take advantage of it as you can. Get sufficient sleep. Be sure that Krsna will not punish you for chanting Hare Krsna during Brahma muhurta. Take a nap later. B-muhurta is hour and half before sunrise, not any fixed clock time. It is naturally peaceful time, no?   It finishes with sunrise and beautiful sky.

Nap, nap, nap.

This is our Parampara advice and personal experience. Ben Franklin said the same. Son's habits can be changed, no? Wake him up so that he is naturally tired a little earlier.

Not too many rituals. Little respect for Deity, picture of Krsna, takes 3-minutes. Japa can be spread out during day. Reading, singing, what you like or feel important during B-muhurta.
