Hare Krsna beloved Gurudev!!

 Hope this report finds you in good health  and recovering from the exhausting trip to South America, in which I could realize your innumerable glories and enormous examples of humility and austerity.  That is so inspiring for a stone-heart like mine !!!

HpS - ASA --- AGTSP... paoho.... So, you have a stone heart too like me and Bh. Reilly (last letter).

I would like to begin by thanking you for your infinite mercy  upon  my soul , by accepting  me as your  disciple , as far as I 'm literally devoid of  any good qualification. As Srila Prabhupada said (imagine what is left for me..!!) “I have no devotion , nor any knowledge , but I have strong faith in the holy name of Krishna . " In this premise I´ll  begin to plant my field and try to realize the instruction I felt you gave me in the  Khapi Dvaja.

I thank Krsna, for having the tremendous fortune of being  guided under the glorious shade of your lotus feet.

HpS - ASA ---- Now that we started sitting and working on our desk our feet aren't swollen and more. They look reasonable well but lotus, I think we got some more distance to travel!

He is so kind with me that spite all my mistakes, again, He  gives me a huge opportunity to grow. And i'm sure that refugee under your instructions I will finally  cross the ocean of material suffering and attain pure love for Krsna.

Because during my initiation I was absorbed in thoughts of gratitude towards you., Srila Prabhupada, Krishna… and due to the nervousness of the moment, I could not retain and remember all what You  said, so i wanted to ask if You could  please tell me again the meaning of  my name Pundavanika Devi Dasi.

HpS - I think I gave you little piece of paper with the name, no? It has a reference to Radha-krsna-gana-desodipika. It is a book by Srila Rupa Goswami with the names and descriptions of the associates of R/K in Vraja. Punda' is one of Radharani's close friends, servants, I think. You can look at Spoken Sanskrit De and maybe find "punda". I think it means something like she is very beautifully decorated with the qualities of the forest.

Sadhana report : chanting  16 rounds ,as enthusiastic as I can ,in japa beads, always looking forward  to improve the quality of my chanting. 4 principles strictly (Trying to control my demonic impulses for  chocolate and peanut butter.

Very enthusiastic about my services at the temple. I have a “need” to serve and  take care of our deities at the temple (jaja..mmmm…as if I can ..!!), so besides flowers and garlands, i´m cooking  for the Deities (one of the services  that  internally motivated me to take initiation) and also a class of BG a week, as part of my fixed services.

I´m organizing for the Bhakti Sastri studies  this year. Though I have the doubt between the difference of doing it with one facilitator or another (Escuela vaisnava or nimsar,for ex ).Could you please explain or recommend one  to me ??

HpS - You probably know as much as I do. If you have practical relation with Nimsar or Escuela Vaisnava them work with that group. Geographically I would suggest Param-padam. Nice to get a local partner!!!!!

Guru Maharaj, thanks for the good thoughts  and consideration that you kindly had with me. I know I'm not worthy of serving you, but with your blessings, I hope to someday make a quality service to you and somehow be able  to help in the mission of Srila Prabhupada.

Please forgive the offenses I am constantly committing in my attempt to learn and serve you and SP. I have so much to work on….
