HANUMAT SWAMI KI JAI!

HpS - Jaya AGTSP.   paoho.  I think we already answered one letter almost the same, no, but again it is very nice to hear from you.  You can see from our Calendar www.jayarama.us/kd/cal.txt what our rought schedule is. We are based in Tennessee so maybe we can meet there. Where is Gajahanta Ji living, your Mother??

Wow, it has definitely been too long that I've missed your association!  This is Nela Madhava (the name Srila Bhaktisvarupa Damodara gave me)  aka Neal Shonyo (the name my parents gave me).  Krishna guided me to your youtube videos and I've been eager to get in touch.  I am delighted to see the amazing work you are doing and would like to lend myself to your service in any way possible.  Is there any time you will be in the US possibly on the east coast?  I would really like to reconnect asap!  Perhaps you could bring the Bhati seminar to my school before I graduate next year.  I am currently attending University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.  My studies are in Accounting but I have also taken classes in philosophy of religion and religious studies (there is a very obvious lack of eastern tradition represented...maybe purposely?).  At any rate, I wanted to relay that I am available to assist in your service and am fairly capable in video production and graphic design.  I have done some projects for school and also commercially but its been pretty mundane content.  My real enthusiasm is to produce more spiritually inclined content in Krishna's service.

I'm also working on an organization called Philosophers of Today, Philanthropists of Tomorrow.  Its objective is to find practical philosophical answers to societal problems as well as philanthropically based financial means to carry out such strategies.  Sources tell me these answers can be found in the books of Srila Prabhupada and other Vaishnavas.  I also was interested in putting together an interreligious conference  at my school and inviting representatives of the various faiths to speak on the topic of conflict resolution and cultivation of an empathic society.  Seeing the selfless work of pure Vaishnavas such as yourself and Srila Sripad has inspired me to follow in that path.  My only relief in this constant struggle with material life is the spiritual principles instilled in me by pure devotees such as yourself.

I also wanted to sincerely thank you for blessing our home in California with your presence and performing the fire yugya before my birth.  I only recently learned of this from my father.  It may be more than a coincidence that I took a great liking toward the Ramayana and Hanuman at a very young age and even today have two Hanuman deities in my home.

Looking forward serving you,

Nela Madhava
