In response to the announcement in the latest calendar, we would like to submit our report.

The devotees in Mexico have been in communication and holding meetings.
We have had extensive discussions, and here are the developments, dear Gurumaharaja:
• The festival for the Goswamis will be organized by the devotees in Mexico City, and the birthday celebration on January 12th will take place at Finca Nueva Govardhana.
• A working team is being formed for the Goswami festival; we would like to keep the name for the festival that was announced last year by the devotees in Tennessee:

Proposal
With the goal of safeguarding Gurumaharaja’s health, we would like to offer a setting with a moderate Air Quality Index (AQI) and an open-air environment, where the event hall is located in close proximity to the accommodations for both Gurumaharaja and the other distinguished guests.
We propose that the festival take the form of a spiritual retreat in the "magical town" (*pueblo mágico*) of Tepoztlán, located approximately one to one-and-a-half hours from the Mexico City airport.
It sits at an altitude 500 meters lower than Mexico City and enjoys clean air, thanks to the "Water Forest" (*Bosque de Agua*) reserve in Morelos. Gopi Radha dd and Akinchana Krsna das have a friendly relationship with the owners of a hotel in the town called "Jardín de la Abundancia" (Garden of Abundance). With the support of these two devotees, we have secured favorable terms that we would like to present to you.
For now, we can share the location and some photos so that you and your physician may review them.
The hotel features a family-friendly and spiritual atmosphere; the entire concept incorporates altars dedicated to Jesus and other Divinities.
It offers expansive, multi-level gardens and a beautiful panoramic view surrounded by nature.
We would have complimentary access to halls for the Vyasapuja ceremony and *mangala-arati*, as well as use of the kitchen facilities.
Gurumaharaja, we would like to request an online meeting to seek your approval so that we may begin implementing the project. Would it be possible to schedule a meeting for Tuesday, November 10th, at 8:00 AM? Alternatively, please feel free to suggest a time that works for your schedule; currently, Houston and Mexico are in the same time zone.

Good ticket seems to be from Houston to Mexico Siddhi, then MS to Monterey and then maybe a direct flight back to Houston. We are already looking.

Propuesta
En común acuerdo para velar por la salud de Gurumaharaja queremos ofrecerle un espacio con un AQI moderado, al aire libre y distancias inmediatas entre el salón de eventos y habitaciones tanto de Gurumaharaja como de los demás ilustres huéspedes.
Nuestra propuesta es que el festival se convierta en un retiro espiritual en el pueblo mágico de Tepoztlán ubicado a aproximadamente una hora a hora y media incluso desde el aeropuerto de Ciudad de México.
A una altura de 500 metros menos que Ciudad de México con un aire limpio gracias a la reserva del bosque de agua de Morelos.
Gopi Radha dd y Akinchana Krsna das tienen lazos de amistad con los dueños de un hotel del pueblo "Jardín de la abundancia" con apoyo de nuestros dos hermanos hemos logrado buenas negociaciones que nos interesa presentarla por favor .
Por ahora podemos compartir la ubicación y algunas fotos para que la evalúen usted y su doctor por favor.
Hotel jardín es un espacio de ambiente familiar y espiritual, todo el concepto incluye altares de Jesús y otras Divinidades.
Cuenta con amplios jardines en distintos niveles, vista panorámica hermosas rodeado de naturaleza.
Tendremos accesos gratuitos de salones para la ceremonia de Vyasapuja, mangala arati y uso de cocina.
Gurumaharaja queremos solicitar una reunión online para recibir su aprobación y poder iniciar la ejecución del proyecto. Es posible agendar una reunión para el día martes 10 de Noviembre, a las 8:00 hrs, o puede ajustar el horario a su tiempo disponible por favor, por ahora Houston y México tienen el mismo horario.
