Here everything is fine, I’ve started my own roller skating group 😃 since I quit the group I was going to, and well we had the Harinam Bus Party last week 😃 it was amazing!! We sang Hare Krishna with Mahavishnu Swami 😃 and the Harinam Ruci.

Well I wanted to ask about bad habits sometimes devotees have like consuming tamasic foods such as chocolate, or Mate, do you know Mate?? The hot beverage you drink out of a dried pumpkin jar, with a metal straw? Here in Argentina most of the devotees drink mate and well it’s categorized as tamasic since it’s a nervous system stimulant.

How can we acquire more consciousness and live a purer life?
