Guru Maharaj....why do devotees refuse to talk to each other even if both are nice devotees? How to deal without hurting any of them? Sometimes I find it strange ....
HpS - It does not seem like a general situation described on the SB. Radha and Candravali do not want to talk to each other, and yet they do talk in all kinds of stimulating ways. Sometimes people have different Varna ashrama nature and they know the Brahmanas ans Ksatriya's should not talk too much. ???
Where should we offer the Raas dance? Sometimes people perform on stage for some formal functions as a way of representing the culture of Manipur even if there are no Vaishnavas in the audience.
Guru Maharaj, what role can starting a course like Bhakti Pravesh help in motivating those aspiring to be devotees?

HpS - Wow! Very nice questions, but we do not have enough details to answer. I don't know where the Rasa lila can be performed. Seem like in Temples on certain days. Like Kirtan.
What is Bhakta Pravesh? It is not one of the four courses that Srila Prabhupada defined.
