Its been

quite a hard year

a lot of things have happened,

I stoped chanting 16 rounds I am not as constant as I used to be,

I still go to the temple once I can,

I associate with devotees just that don't have the same feeling for chanting I got to be very honest.

asa - also got to be intelligent! save your soul. 🙂

I still live by the same principles and been a good person or trying, i am getting married next year possibly in October got engaged this year 2024. I am currently working with a reforestation company trying to help the ecosystem in Panama at section called Pedasi .

On other news i am Fighting next year in February 14 at Monterrey, Mexico Representing Panama in a International Sport competition, Muay thai = Thailand kickboxing, so ive been focus doing a lot training and diet.

Sorry i have not kept in touch Gurudeva, thanks to my godsister are the best ways to at least greet you wish i am very lucky i have that opportunity.
