This is bhakta Guimo, Guna Vira Das, which Initiation Ceremony was on Sunday 14th January on:
“Makara-saṅkrānti [the day when the sun begins to move north]” as stated on SB 7.14.20-23.

Guru Maharaja informed us that this holy name means:
“Servant of the husband of the sister of the grandfather of KRSNA”.
And later He allowed this servant to research about that illustrious personality. I searched on the Bhaktivedanta VedaBase 2003 software, as well as the online version. Also, on vanipedia.org and on: names.iskcondesiretree.com and finally asked beloved and saavy Harilila Das Prabhú in order to verify the sources.
Currently, we know pretty much the same, just expanding the names… That Gunavira Maharaja is the husband of the sister (Mother Suverjana) of the father (Parjanya Maharaja) of the father (Nanda Maharaja) of Sri KRSNA. Both Gunavira and Suverjana, the expert hdancer, resi
e(d?) at Surya-kunda.

Guru Maharaja nos informó que este santo nombre significa: “Siervo del marido de la hermana del abuelo de KRSNA”.
Y luego Él permitió que este siervo investigara sobre aquella ilustre personalidad. Busqué en el software Bhaktivedanta VedaBase 2003, así como en la versión en línea. También en vanipedia.org y en: names.iskcondesiretree.com y finalmente le pregunté al querido y sabio Harilila Das Prabhú para verificar las fuentes.
Actualmente, sabemos más o menos lo mismo, sólo ampliando los nombres… Que Gunavira Maharaja es el esposo de la hermana (Madre Suverjana) del padre (Parjanya Maharaja) del padre (Nanda Maharaja) de Sri KRSNA. Tanto Gunavira como Suverjana, la bailarina experta, residen(¿residían?) en Surya-kunda.
