I want to start by apologizing for delivering this report two days out of time, but this fortnight that has passed from November 18 to December 4 has been very intense and it is certain that the next fortnight will be even more intense.

It is analogous to Hanuman receiving the order from Sri Rama and becomes his messenger (Hanumatpresaka).
