I just have an idea, which is little Sudra. We can use a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chatbot technology. This automatically give answers based on AI content analysis.
It will be helpful, if you can share email addresses of disciples who you think can be helpful in this.
From management angle I am viewing this as, service or customer service department.

ASA - Hare Krsna! AgtSP. I think you don't realize that you are actually dealing with a bunch of Monkeys and Pigs, and Uncle Gismo, whose technology is based in 1947.
We need to start with posting to a MicroSoft Word file and using the data manipulation facilities available there. This is better than manual card catalogue files, but not much.
