Thanks for your last response. I am chanting and little by little moving forward.

Palika and I are summoning one meeting in order to organize Your Sri Vyasa Puja. We wanted to gather the greater amount of God brothers and sisters. So that everybody can give their opinions.Lately, one devotee contacted me and told me that he was really depressed and thought about killing himself. So In my opinion it is nice to have these meetings specially when your Sri Vyasa Puja is coming. In order to try to be inclusive, help each other. And make the decisions by consensus.

I am not qualified, but Palika your treasurer for years is leading this meeting in order to have a nice festival with the participation of all.

I guess we need to work a lot in our proud and ego and try to keep the mentality of servants . There is always room for self-improvement (as you always say)

Any suggestions for this meeting!? Advices?

Personally my desire is to inform everyone and try to encourage devotees to participate in this magnanimous event.
