I am sending you the program proposal for the June educational meeting in Chosica (The Gateway to the Andes). Please, review it and let me know your suggestions and modifications. The programs and speakers have all been confirmed.

HpS - What about Friday night, June 14th???

Seminars

• 9:30 - 10:30 / SB Class - MOE Perspective & Programs: Gandharva das (all seminars includes questions & answers) (Do you agree to begin with this seminar about MOE's activities and perspectives??)
• ASA - Yes. We agree.
• 10:40 - 11:40 / Facilitator and Student interaction: LAD
• ASA - What is this? The Students throw banana cream pies at LAD?
• 11:50 - 12:50 / Education in the ancient east: Isvari dd. (she must focus her subject to something specific)
• ASA - Sounds good. She was there? She saw it?
• 13:00 - 14:30 / Prasadam
• ASA - Really, after all these years, we have to say that these programs are very, very difficult for us unless they are translated phrase, by phrase. So maybe we should not attend these sessions???? It will slow them down? Simultaneous translations takes a professional usually, no? No programs about educating children?

• Gurumaharaja, you should know that HH Purushatraya Swami Maharaja will visit Peru at those dates, so if so, we will make some adjustments to the programs and schedules to be included in the activities of Saturday 15 and Sunday 16. What do you think about this?
• HpS - Very nice. Maharaja is very nice person.
• What about the Lima - Houston Children frienship Society? How can we take the initiative in this matter?
• I write them right now with copy to you.
• Do you want the whole event to be broadcast? HpS - As you think proper.
• Where? HpS - Same.
• What seminars do you want in English? HpS - The one's we attend. Ha! Ha! Ha! This looks like a lot of work!! Maybe have to rest from some of the Seminars. Should be lots of short Kirtan, free-time in between Seminars. Juice breaks, no?

HpS - Seems pretty good. Like we say, Kirtan in between sessions, no? Maybe wait to fix the details of the second session until after the first. Ask people what they want, no?

Can we have a flip chart for our Workshop? Lots of paper and pens for everyone? What is the fee to join the program? Maharaja and I can stay in the new Sannyasi Ashrama.
